I don't know if you realized this, but you're agreeing with me on this one. It's a subjective matter, therefore we should base the debate on more tangible and universal matters instead of just having a back and forth consisting of, "High hits better!" "No they not!" Firstly, what about fun clan wars? Duel Arena isn't the only mini game that offers no reward. Secondly, super sets would only serve to equalize the combat on both sides so why is it even relevant whether there is a reward or not? There would be no advantages or disadvantages - everyone can use the potions. I don't really see the difference. They are both temporary items that can only be used in the mini game and they offer more zing to the combat. My point wasn't really about casual dueling as much as it was power training. And yes I do realize it is minor but, as stated, these minor things add up. As you can see, most of the arguments feed off of each other. Example: If super sets are supplied, then this should be incorporated into the other mini games as well. If other mini games have free potions then there is an even smaller incentive to use Herblore. Oh yeah and the point of group work is, "Because you'll have to learn to work with others in the real world." I really don't think asking to work alone is as effective as many make it out to be.

Although it does suggest you don't care about the party that's been there first, it shouldn't matter because this is a competitive game after all. Crashing just serves as a reason to train your character as strong as possible, get the nicest gear, and round up the best team in order to "outplay" other players for the resources (bosses).

No. 1. It would give players even less of an incentive to do Herblore, buy pots, etc. 2. Quicker duels being a good thing is subjective. I could easily claim that I have more fun having longer battles. 3. There is no reason as to why it should be applied to Duel Arena only and exclude all other minigames. 4. There is also no reason as to why only potions should be applied and exclude other combat items (food, runes, weapons, armor, arrows, bolts, pouches). 5. The boosted Xp gain. These reasons aren't very strong when you look at them individually, but when you take them all of them into account I think it shows that there are more cons than pros to your suggestion.

I never even heard of that one. And I guess I should have been more specific but I meant I never witnessed someone hungry that was offered fast food (any) and turned it down. I wasn't trying to say people don't prefer other food over fast food, but the way people are talking they make it seem like they'd rather starve than eat McDonalds.

Yeah, I noticed allotments give much more yield than herbs. I think I had to make a run to the bank twice just to empty out my allotment one time (I had some farming stuff in my inventory though).

Well, I do usually get a pretty bad stomach ache if I eat too much of it, but I enjoy the taste and honestly can't recall anyone turning down a fast food offer because it's "icky", except for my grandparents who lived on a farm and made all their food from scratch but that's excusable.

You can't. BK would own them too hard. This man speaks the truth. And who the hell actually goes to McD's or BK for chicken nuggets? I never had better chicken nuggets than I did at McDonalds. Not in a normal restaurant, not homemade, nowhere. I like their 20 piece but it always fills me up too fast.

Actually I think he made a valuable point. It's a common thing to always blame the person complaining for what they're complaining about, and rape just happens to be the most extreme form of it. Also "no" doesn't work in my school. Teachers flat-out don't care.
