Probably. He actually sounded a lot like me when I first got members, but of course I surpassed him (not as much as Bauke did though :lol: ).

I'd say I'm more into skills than Joe is. I always liked the idea of having a high total and I'm pretty satisfied with mine. I got a few 99's and every skill is 70 or higher. I also did every quest before I retired.

The Suggestion Forum proves much more reliable. There are so many ideas they took from players (POH, skill capes, etc.) and the only reason it looks like all of our suggestions are unheard is because that forum is flooded with dumb ideas.

Exactly. The result will still be the same, censor or not. Plus I always thought censors were stupid anyways - there are no censors in real life.

In actuality, he probably did accomplish more than what he would've if he just stayed alive. After all it's a very well-known image. While I don't agree with suicide myself, some might consider that an honor much like kamikaze pilots.

Every human has the need for survival embedded into their instinct and allowing something like that to happen without wavering is true badassery. A [wagon] would be someone who lit themselves on fire and then started screaming and tried putting it out. And no I'm not saying anyone who commits suicide is a badass because they're not doing it for the same cause as him and because they usually try to make it as quick and painless as possible.

There should be priorities. Caffeine is a drug and you don't see kids getting searched for having Mountain Dew. The result wouldn't be the same though. Take out the traffic lights and there would be more accidents. Take out ibuprofen regulations and nothing will change - kids take pills off of school grounds all the time and the result is ultimately the same, with the exception of the suing rate. No, they sue because they like excuses for money. In reality it is more of the parent's fault than anyone else's. The parents are the ones who are supposed to teach their kids what to do, especially in this very context. I doubt the parents would agree with the notion that it's okay to strip search their children if the school has probable cause of them having possession of a drug which you probably gave them yourself. Look at it this way. Would you rather discuss your driving to a cop or to a family member?

Or you can skip the nurse step, making it more convenient for you and the nurse, and the result will ultimately be the same. Again, the argument goes back to "then you can sue if that step is skipped" but this is just a second issue that needs to be addressed. So whether the child took the pills on school or at home the result would still be the same. The only difference is the whole suing hubbub, which you fail to realize is a problem within itself. There is no reason for the nurse to regulate something like that. Should we have peanuts and cherries regulated too because some people have allergic reactions? What about pens? PS: I hate the idea of living my life within the bounds of a machine.

Using your own words, can you provide an unbiased source? Teenagers aren't the only ones effected negatively by drugs. In fact, can you provide me with something that says there are more cases of teens dying from drugs than adults or anything along those lines? Adults can be just as guilty, but yet your argument is targeting children as if they are the only ones who are known for doing this. I wouldn't be a fan of the inconveniences attached to going to the nurse's office just to take my pill which I presumably have been taking regularly without any bad side effects. Plus I have never heard of such a rule. You can't honestly think that it's a good idea to make teens liable for going up to the office every time they have something minor like a headache. School is the only place where I've heard of such a ridiculous rule. No one else seems to freak out when they see you holding ibuprofen. The school goes straight to assuming that a kid's hearsay about drugs = automatic death.

What is an accomplishment? A result brought by through effort. Yes, it is an accomplishment. Collecting 1 gp is an accomplishment. Now whether it is a good one or not is up for debate but that's subjective so it would be a crappy debate.

I would think the opposite is true. If you hate the world then that is more of an incentive to go through with your career and change whatever you wanna change. Could you imagine what Nirvana would be like if Kurt was a cheerful guy? :P

You have a point. Religion is used as a scapegoat way too excessively. It's not really the religion itself as much as it is the people manipulating it.

But you see "no homo" reinforces the idea that gay jokes are acceptable and still funny. I think gay jokes are only funny anymore when used in an explicit manner, not just for the sake of saying "gay" every chance you get. I mean... the decade is coming to an end man. :| That's a strange phenomenon I've noticed too. The people who's posts I enjoy the most are also the people I hate the most. Weird how that works...
