I wouldn't like that because I am on a higher level of intelligence than a fetus. They don't even have the ability to be upset by that decision. You're comparing apples to oranges. Of course you can always make the best out of everything, but I don't agree with putting someone in a struggling situation in the first place. I'll talk about abortion in a thread pertaining to abortion if I want to. You seem to be doing it too.

It depends on the word and context. Some people can get away with it and some can't.

But it doesn't mean we should kill them just because they'll have a harsh road in the end. Just my two cents of course. I don't see how. If I were against abortion, it would be for reasons concerning morality - you know, right from wrong. Well then what makes it more right to force them to go through a life of suffering? Now I understand that there are cases where people escape their horrible childhoods and they've become strong people, but that type of judgment should be up to the parents.

If you get nervous, try inspiring yourself to be brave by thinking about stories of brave knights who faced dragons. I mean when you take it into retrospect, speaking in front of public isn't really that scary compared to a lot of other things.

I've never seen it or even heard about it but from what you're telling me, it definitely looks like something I'd be interested in. It sounds like Punk'd or Scare Tactics except it actually has a point to it.

You bring up a good point, but even if we weren't going to kill the cows for meat it would still be considered inhumane to just let them starve to death.

Who's gonna say yes to that? Nobody wants forced religion except the people who try to force it on others, but in reality, they don't want it either because I'm sure they wouldn't want someone from a different religion shoving their views down their throats. And that's what would happen if it were allowed.

There was a substitute at my high school that was a recovering meth/cocaine/heroin (one of those) addict who always laughed to herself at random times and stared at the floor. She once laughed throughout an entire holocaust video. Anywho, she somehow memorized my name and if I ever saw her in the hall she did a half wave and smiled at me (she just stared at the floor for everyone else). I don't know how she ever qualified to be a substitute teacher... I'll own a real Ducati one day. Wow, come to think of it a lot of the substitute teachers I had were of that nature. There was a guy in a wheelchair that said he's been abducted by aliens.

I think school is a waste of time. Now, don't get me wrong - I've learned lots and lots from school, but it has gotten to the point where everything I'm "learning" now is trivial and useless. It's my senior year and 5/7 of my classes are electives that I don't even have interest in. Plus after I'm tested on it, I don't even retain most of that knowledge and forget within a few weeks. I'd much rather be living my life how I want instead of being imprisoned in a room full of my dramatic, arrogant, and stupid peers.

I think you know that I meant, "Because the FSM has no evidence and it is just ridiculous claim, then god must be an equally ridiculous claim too because there's no evidence for him either."
