Yeah, I'm happy though, because other armours give negative bonus to range, so why shouldn't range give a negative bonus to melee? Nice work jagex :thumbsup: Also, if you cross-check it, armadyl is now by far the best range armour in the game.

When i had just sold a load of my stuff a few years ago, i saw someone selling a santa hat for 300k, and I didn't know that it was rare lol, in fact, I didn't even know what rares were at the time. I thought it was just a scam, so instead spent my 300k on full rune + scimmy lol. (ripped off much :( )

This does seem to be a very difficult scenario. In any case, everyone there should get a share, but you have addressed the difficult issue of who gets it. Someone who takes all the hits, is a very valuable asset to the team, and without them there, they would possibly not last anywhere near as long as otherwise. However, there is also the problem that when they have gone, if the others get a drop, there are two ways of thinking: 1.) They weren't there, and therefore they didn't help us kill the monster that gave the drop, therefore, we get the share, because we killed it. 2.) Every kill gives us an extra chance to get the drop, they are a valuable asset to our team to our team, and every kill he has helped us with, has helped us towards this drop. He had to leave early, and we got the drop, yet he can still get a share, because he helped us kill all the others, that all, potentially, could have dropped this. I personally agree with the second mindset, but then there can always be scenarios where this wouldn't fit. It is really a test of how maturely someone can act in the consequences. The consequences for almost every rare team drop ever have been different, simply because of the team aspect of it. What should really happen is an agreement, prior to the trip, that all team members, present or not, as long as everyone knew they did their pest while present, should get their share of the drop. This should oly be averted when everyone knows that the other player is investing nothing in the trip, and leaving eery few kills, or any other extreme circumstances. But I say again, the team aspect makes it impossible ever to write a guide book or something on this, that isn't pages and pages long, covering every scenario possible. It is simply the maturity of the team, that decides who gets a share of the drop.

lol, omg, how can u think that this is summoning. there are 2 updates i can think of that u may have got confused with. 1.) god wars - if one monster is fighting another, u can attack the other and be fighting against it with the other monster. but this is only because it was already attacking it, and it is multi-combat, just like 2 ppl can attack 1 in the wildy. 2.) The new update of attacking people/monsters in the wildy - the monster doesn't fight along side you... yaeh, that's it, i don't mean to flame you, but i just seriously don't see how you can think that any of these new updates can "pave the way" for summoning.

He is also wielding a 2h sword with a shield lol. Nah, you can't take them off the island, I tried it with my ranger pure, with half in my invent, half in the bank, and neither came through :( I have one other though lol: I'm not sure whether or not it has gone now, but when you went upstairs in the mage place, and looked at the sea, at one point, there was a massive pillar of water (evidently a glitch,) that jutted out where it met the land lol.

Thanks for posting this lol, I'm bored of hearing people saying that the blood alter is coming out, and you'e stopped me worrying about the mass of rants there would be when it turns out just to be something that helps people runecraft the old runes.

It looks cool, but I don't reckon that there is going to be a blood alter like everyone says, it's just going to be another way to make runes, like the abyss.

No, jagex released an update whereby if you say your password at all, it blocks the whole sentence that you said it in, so that you can't give someone your password, and/or accidently say it in speech, and have it guessed via the context it was said in. If you don't believe me, go lock yourself in your house and say it there. Anyway, in other news... I'm back! A. No, because on holidays like this, parents want to go out ect, and one of two things would happen. 1. They go out, and the player has missed out on a great oppotunity to raise xp fast. 2. They don't go out, and the player plays all day to try and get the best advantage possible, thus ruining a perfectly good easter/halloween/christmas. B. They haven't. They have done what everyone has asked them to, and released a high-level, expensive piece of armour, which can be used by both meleers, mages, and rangers. Melee with weapon, mage with staff, range with the new, more powerful crossbow. If people want a cheaper piece of armour, with less required to wear it, then the d square is still the best option by far.

It's a simple question. If you have something that you did today, like complete a quest, get a good drop, win at castewars, anything, share it on this thread, and thus the rest of us tifers. :D
