I don't pk all that much, but when I do, I like to stay alive. So I bring food, I pot up, I pray, and basically use everything that Jagex has given me to beat the stuffing out of those people. The wilderness really shouldn't have rules, you do what you like to stay alive, and ignore the flame and spam from the dying people.

Exactly You guys obviously haven't been back to f2p in a long time. I have spent the last 4 months as an ex-member, and I find that it's a lot easier to concentrate on skills, because there aren't so many distractions. In p2p, I could never get anything done, because I just thought, oh, I'd rather be at cwars. If you want to get high skills then stay f2p. It's far easier to concentrate and you get way more respect.

Well, I am a complete all rounder (atk 75, str 75, def 74, range 75, mage 74,) so I try to keep all my combat stats about the same, but it does seem that having a high defence gives a definite bonus when fighting any monster.

The great community, the fact that if you train up, everyone in f2p will love you and... yeah, that's it. :D

You would need 9 genies to get lvl 2 runecrafting. How on earth did you get 44 runecrafting without completing the quest? That's impossible...

I don't see how they could bring out an unfair rule really... If it was unfair, then they wouldn't bring it out in the first place. The whole point of rules is that they are fair.

I would say that a veteran is someone who has quite a bit of money, a 90-100+ combat level, and some decent skills. Also, a veteran would be someone who enjoys the game, takes part in the community, and helps newbs and noobs alike.

Yeah, I always loved ranged in f2p, but it's lack of power really but me off it. :( Even in members, it's grossley underpowered I'm afraid.

Yeah, they probably have been working on it for ages, as it is a huge update, and there was always that slab of nothing, just waiting to be used.

Yeah I know, it's sad that people do that, but newbs nowadays don't seem to be so innocent, more leeching and taking advantage of things. That's why I give advice instead of items nowadays.
