Harvest sizes are the same for all herbs. Your average yield will be the same with torstol as it is with guam. whoops, sorry

Higher level plants can give more herbs. And its more xp too. So, snapdragons.

You can cook about 1700-1900 fish an hour, or about 1200 if you aren't paying attention. I cooked 10000 sharks on my last day of getting 99 cooking. That took about 7 hours, but I was watching movies while doing it.

Lobsters are faster, and if you buy for 230ea and sell at 250ea you could make money. I bought 2500 lobsters and cooked them in about 2 hours, got 300K xp and made 50K. I cooked them in the desert, 1 click to the range, and about 8 seconds to run there, faster than buying the tuna. That's what I did, and got those prices, and never lost money.

Macroing is on the consumer side, and is used at their own risk. It neither harms Runescape, nor gives players an edge in the game, but is a huge disadvantage to the player who uses it, making his/her computer vulnerable to many viruses. Hacking, on the other hand is illegal and on Runescape's side, and Runescape should fine people for it, at they could make more money in a week than they have ever made from charging a mere $5 a month for membership.
