basically hes saying that there would be 2 clan banks 1 that you control and another guy that controlls one you would have no interaction with that other one whatsoever maybe only donating items from it from your main main bank. You could let that other bank maybe hold food and less valuable items only and the main one the more valuable ones

broken arrows can be fixed Repairing arrows Materials Needed to Repair Arrows - Broken arrow -Repair bench, Whetstone or Armour stand (15 Construction and up) Use the Broken arrow on the repair equipment. You will either permanently destroy it or get an new arrow (random). I dont know if you can get rune arrows from em tho would be awesome lol

Total lvl matters more IMO I know allot of people with a higher combat lvl then me and lower total lvl. I prefer skills more then combat. Altough havent trained allot lately (merchanting :P)

talking about the slash, crush range. etc thats under the equipment screen. you can clearly see my defense in that. and also my atk bonus when wearing my d-long. strength bonus when wearing my outfit. (same outfit nothing changed) those bonuses I mean. (not really bonus and jagex should change it to defence points and atk points)

No. i get allot more def bonus when i wear my suit. (230+ in almost each box except magic ofc). Going on runscape now to make a quick picture and then post it. +90 atk when using d-long. and all defence bonus above +220 (crush, slash, range etc). Strength bonus is btw 83 (couldnt get it in the picture) TO come in my equipment: Obby shield. You can also replace the warrior helm with a beserker helm which i also have)

havent got it yet but yea go for the diamond or steel plate
