I haven't seen that error myself when you click the link for the MP3. You might want to ask the putfile forums (http://forums.putfile.com - I think) and post your error there. I'm clueless I'm afraid.

Well, it's never been in the game before so I don't see why it should be now. However, saying that, I wouldn't begrudge the chance to make them, as I don't think pickaxes are some sort of novelty at not been able to smith. Meh, I guess you could put me in the "I don't mind" section :P
