It's kind of hard when you act so pretentious, and then as soon as a whiff of a confrontation occurs you run into the "don't read what I say then" shell. I thought MPC and Ghost told you how to express yourself? But if you're prepared to visit these forums, post on these forums and complain about these forums, then be prepared to read the other forum members' opinions, of which they are entitled to make when you invite them into discussion. So sorry, you can't just tell people to 'ignore' you in that way, that's not how a forum works. If you truly believe in that policy, perhaps that's why your own forum is failing.

1) I wouldn't judge a game at level 8, but maybe that's just me 2) There is PvP in WoW and in different varieties. May not be the perfect PvP system, but I don't know where you got your impression from. 3) If it took you 4 hours to level 8, then you must have been doing something drastically wrong. So maybe you shouldn't judge WoW again, before you touch it again.

Yeah, I've only recently started playing Meesy :P Little over a month. Spent most of the time rolling a few chars and seeing what I liked best, refreshing myself with the lore and what have you.

Hahaha, could you actually imagine? :P As Matt says, it doesn't matter if Pink Floyd themselves entered the competition, it would have very little bearing as to where we would finish. It seems our entry this year (by entry I'm being generous, it's a shambolic attempt) was chosen because it sounded like "Eurovision, cheesy pop". This won't win votes, it'll probably lose even more, seeing how patronising it is. We've basically turned around and said: "Hey, you like crap music? We can do it too, but better!" Disappointed Lordi aren't hosting it as well :(

Ding ding ding! We have a weiner! :D You know, while they'll always be the people who complain, always, I think WoW is nearly balanced well. I'm relatively inexperienced, or as you would call: "A noobipop", but I've seen evidence that a player in any class can be effective in PvP not only against the classes they're 'strong' against, but the others as well. I still think the game lacks in the PvP element a bit, though.

I don't know about that, mate. I think you underestimate a human's fight or flight stigma. I can think of plenty situations where an 'unarmed' person has apprehended a criminal. Of course, there are other factors, such as competence of the criminal and the area of the crime, but I wouldn't go so far as to say, without a gun, you're a helpless victim.

Like Indy said, I think it has peaked and is now in decline. However, when I first saw FPS Doug, I think I cried in laughter. :P

I kind of see that as the charm of PvP-ing, though. It's the luck element of coming up against a decent or half-decent player, someone with no cooldowns, or other random factors. If the game was all settled by figures and probabilities, no-one would play.

And so Man USA go to Stamford Bridge as their first game as champions. Considering both sets of fans, I predict a riot.
