  1. I suggest doing mtk to gain seeds, also slayer assignments, I got a substatial amount of snap and ranarr seeds from slayer assignments. Also use an amulet of nature, although it only looks after one patch, that's one patch of herbs that you can then sell to profit more seeds. Also the big arms patch, the plant never dies, so this is also useful to complete my big arms quest. herbs take 75minutes to grow, limps 17minutes I believe, do both at the same time, watch over them over 10-20minutes to re-plant or make sure they haven't become diseased. Alching is a common way to watch over, or go wcing. It's usually in a close range from patches.
  2. Reading, isn't that sitting on my butt flicking page after page until I get bored or finish with it? Walk? Continously moving my legs until I get bored and go home, painting trying to move my brush until I've finished, which can also be sat on my butt all day. I don't subsitute runescape, I read, I write, I talk to people, I go for walks. I do exactly what you have just mentioned AND runescape, how is that so hard to believe, isn't it the same as me just sitting at these forums, how long each day do you sit at your computer mico? whether it's runescape, creating word documents, making ''pretty'' things on paint programmes. Computing is a growing part of the world and people have to face that sometimes entertainment doesn't come from that box that has sky on it, it comes from here the keyboard. (psst, or your mouse :P) As it is I'll go do something gaming on my xbox, considering that's meant to be irl, because it's away from this laptop :o :XD:
  3. So compared to what sitting around drinking myself to death because my friends want to go clubbing, or sitting around eating myself to a bigger waistline? All because I want to play a game? Couldn't I just say the same about anyone who even THINKS about touching na xbox/ps2/wii console? To anyone who goes out for a drink with their mates. Considering you're saying this is a healthy lifestyle, last time I checked consuming alcohol wasn't good for you. As it is if I wish to spend 4-5hours on the computer playing a game, I will do so, just like if you wish to spend 4-5hours drinking you're free to do so. I do computing in college so I should know exactly what a ''nerd'' is and for the most part out of the three computing classes not one person is over-weight, and I'm talking about guys that sit at their computers for nearly 16+ hours a day. Alot of people are addicted to runescape and I hope that they are able to seek help. But a majority of people just play the game through boredem or for something to do, alot of people do have ''healthy lifes'' that DOES include runescape. I don't believe that someone subsitutes anything for runescape. I for one have a perfectly normal life and am content yet I still play runescape, I still sit at my game consoles, I still read...is that also subsituting for irl? I know families, single people, teenagers, preteens who play this game for FUN that is the one thing that is lacking in the argument, it may not be nerdiness, it may be purely because the person finds the game fun. I love runescape and I play it for fun, nothing more
  4. 600 monks is better than nothing oreo! You're getting there =D!!!
  5. Jagex is british, so yes it's BST which as said is GMT+1 right now it's 5pm, updates on average are early BST afternoon, so 1pm, if not before that. Of course I can't give a definet time because I'm not jagex, but it gives a rough idea =]
  6. If anything f2p should get them more than P2P should purely because it takes MORE effort to obtain an 99 in f2p than it does in p2p. But it also means that they only get some of the skill capes and not all.. What happens if a p2p gets a slayer cape and then has to resort back to f2p? Does that cape become a members item or is it available to use in f2p? :-#
  7. congrats on your 9.1mil exp oreo!! oo 96 you say :o and yes he smells like fishies! :-w shey told me \
  8. If there's only one person at the stop, stay. Not only is this better for the other play because it gives better chances of catching chins it also means no more hopping for you. The three stops are: below the hunter sign, above it and in the corner at the end of the map 3 places in one world, you should be ok eventually.
  9. oo was nice to see you at catherby today farming!! congrats on finishing the diary!
  10. Congrats on your 73 thieving girl! =] and 140 tears, lucky duck, I can barely get 120
  11. I think it's wrong to call someone a nolifer obviously it can be an off-handed joke to a friend. But someone could have been working towards that 99 for months/years. Nolifer is when you're committing everything to runescape, including ignoring real life! =;
  12. Get your def to 70 then I say yes. I did it at those stats roughly However I think my mage was alittle higher. Not too much work and then you might as well try! Good luck
  13. I don't see why you should have to choose, take some time, get both. However I do agree that 70 range should be first, with being able to weild c bow and black dhide. Then go for void armour. The hood is extremely pretty
  14. Seems you already know the answer here! No, no matter what, do not ever give someone your password, end of story. :shame:
  15. wooo woo sheynara! you is doing good 8-) r000n soon pl0x?
  16. Jagex is more concerned with the rule breaker than the person who reported them. You made an honest mistake, I've done it a few times and I've yet to recieve any black marks against me. :o
  17. +1 about lost city, there's even a safe spot, so it's not like you have to do too much fighting. The buy a d long 100k, definetly worth it
  18. You shouldn't have a problem with shilo! I'm a right combat noob, I had lower stats then good luck
