I actually have a friend that bought a RROD'd Xbox on Ebay and replaced the thermal paste and heatsink, but not only did that, but also replaced the Xbox case with a computer case that he had laying around. Thing is, linking accounts is not more secure, it's actually less secure. You get your password stolen, the person can get into everything because the accounts are linked. On the other side, if they're not linked, you only lose one part.

Didn't notice the currency but if it's 1/3 of the price, and it clearly says refurbished, that means new it is around £300? Now that's [bleep]ing expensive for a router. I looked a bit around, and can find some dual bands and stuff, but the hard thing is finding one that's not draft. For example if you go into D-Link I was able to find one for around $100 USD and a few that were lower. I've personally been happy with my router I had for years, and it cost me $45 CAD, but I use mostly wires because it's way faster than wireless - I pretty much only use my laptop on my wireless. Has Wireless N draft 2.

$100 for refurbished? That's pretty expensive.

Which is why I will never play CoD MLG or even slightly MLG style. There are people like SandyRavage that are very good at the game though.

I have to agree with you guys. Right now what annoys me to no end with the news is that they are cultivating the fear of people with the 9/11 story, adding a lot of hype on that 10th anniversary, and saying there is going to be something that's going to happen. I'm ready to bet that nothing is going to happen. Or maybe it's to remove even more rights from the American people without opposition.

I thought it was really....meh. Nothing really stood out to me as different than the last few albums, which I didn't really like. What I like the most about this album is that they are going back to the progressive style more than the metal. Which is also why I originally loved DT for. So far I've been listening more to the pre-2005 albums more than the newer ones.

Vimeo is better than Dailymotion, and although I am quite a lot on youtube, I have to agree with you. Why do we have to link the accounts? Just compromises the security.

Secret: I have downloaded the leaked new Dream Theater album "A Dramatic Turn of Events". I will defenetly be buying it when it comes out on the 13th of Sept. It really is worth buying, it might even be better than the old albums I still listen to. It's going to be the 8th album I buy from them (out of 11).

More like once a month. But still, I'm wondering if leaving the computer plugged in all the time degrading the battery is a myth, cause I almost never let the battery get lower than 95% yet when I do, it still lasts 3h. My laptop is n3.5 years old and I am still using the original battery.

I pretty much always kept my battery in my laptop, and had the laptop for almost 3.5 years now. I always plug it in when I have a wall outlet available, and the battery life is still over 3h (originally was around 4h - 4:30 that the charge lasted). These days, with the type of batteries and type of chargers in laptops, it won't overcharge the battery.

That and other gamemodes, I'm not one to just stay in a single mode too long (except S&D in CoD, but that was for Black Ops, no idea which one I'll like the most if I buy MW3 as it is not the mode I played the most in cod4 and mw2.

Now if you define defending the objective as camping, then maybe there's campers, but you get nowhere in bfbc2 by sitting in a corner. I guess we weren't matched with the same players then, cause mine they were staying in corners waiting for someone to come. And playing the objective is nowhere near camping, I actually enjoy playing the objective, although I will not sit in a corner, I move.

I'll explain a bit and you can think what you want. In Cod, campers are extremely easy to get, often they have very slow reaction time and stuff. Also it is pretty rare I get matched with campers/noobtubers. In BFBC2 people just stayed in corners waiting for other people to come by, and that makes the game slow paced and boring. Also I like the arcade style of call of duty much more than the BF style. Yes people that use the vehicles have more skill, but I like running around rather than sitting in a corner.

Might be getting MW3, but will not get elite, I don't think it's worth my money. I'm not getting BF3, it's too slow paced for me and it's pretty much only for campers. I prefer the arcade style of Cod rather than the "real life" style of BF. Still thinking for the other games though especially gow3. Seeing as I only buy 1-2 games a year, it is likely that MW3 will be the only game I buy in the next few months.
