So should I combine Malwarebytes and Avira? I've never really used a seperate spyware program. You should, that's what I do on 2 of my computers (the other computer being MSE and malwarebytes). What one doesn't detect, the other does. I used to use Ad-Aware but it never detected anything.

Ad Aware is no good, you should use Malwarebytes instead. I suggest Avira or MSE.

I believe doing the scan again in safe mode would be a good idea. One of the reasons it's not able to delete the virus might be because of the file being opened.

I'm not sure. I'm buying a new monitor because I haven't used a desktop in years. The monitors that I was looking at were hi-definition and an the 20"+ range. These monitors will usually be at 1920x1080, but you would have to check their specs.

Don't go for Dell. They are slow, break fast and have a lot of problems as they are made with cheap parts. Anyway, here we will list some custom builds that you can do or pay a computer repair shop to build for you. This is much better than a prebuilt brand like Dell or HP. As for Ati vs Nvidia, I would say Nvidia is the better choice simply because of their stability, but it will cost more except if you go in an older line of cards. Ati is stronger but the drivers are a bit unstable, but Nvidia has very good drivers even if the cards has lesser specs. Better bang for the buck is Ati, but stability is Nvidia. Both brands perform the same. That's how I personally see the 2 video card brands.

Nonetheless, my 2002 Toyota Echo is still worth more than that even with 2 small accidents. I believe that this 2500 is a good price for an eclipse that is usually a more valuable car than a small Toyota Echo. Check the mileage and story of the car accident wise and decide if you want it. I know someone that has an Eclipse of the same years and it works very well.

Speedfan is not a good program for temperatures. You should use hwmonitor instead. Not only does it show the temperature but it also shows other statistics. It was the only program to accurately give me the temperatures on my laptop.

Maybe it is caused by an Add-on? if you try disabling all the add-ons, is the text still like that? If it is not, then you can try enabling the add-ons one by one.

I might accept this if I thought it were even remotely accurate. As far as personal/business desktop/laptops, you're probably right; I doubt this holds true when considering servers and embedded systems as well. Servers especially aren't evenly weighted with dekstop/laptop systems as far as data collection goes, as collecting sensitive data from a server is as good as infecting and collecting from every client that sends sensitive data to the server. Postulation aside, I have yet to hear of any self-propagating(no user interaction) malware for OS X, which is not insignificant regardless of what factors may contribute. I think it's still accurate for personal/business based desktops/laptops, and I'm sure that's what he was talking about. Why you would go talking about servers in an obvious personal computer thread is beyond me though. We all know that a lot fo companies run their serveurs on Linux. Also, as far as I know, for a while most of the viruses on Windows as well needs user interaction, especially with the security they added in Vista/7.
