I've heard Muggi(something, forgot his full name :P ) has the record for having the lowest level have a fire cape. In his guide, it says as long as you have 70+ range, 60+ defence, and 43+ prayer, you can do it.

That's true, once your done with it, if you paid that one ladies tax during or after the quest, she will let you buy from her black market. I believe what there is in stock is cured yak hide, yak hide, yide meat, and yak hair. Not sure if they stock rope though, :? .

Well, I was thinking about the quest Between a Rock.... and it made me thing of the cliche Stuck Between a rock and a hard place, so I thought that a funny quest name would be ...And a hard place, like a sequel to Between a rock. So, I wanted to here some other good quests names. (not like poo poopy poo poo :P .)
