To get into the waterfall you must have done the waterfall quest.

I'm level 27 runecrafting wanting 30 runecrafting to do slug menance. What would be the fastest way? The way to make the most money? P.S. If you couldn't tell by the quest, I'm p2p. But I'm not going to use the fire making ring of dueling method, I don't have enough money to do that. :P

Well, just look at the post I made before you. You should be able to do the Holy Grail quest, or even just get to the point needed. It's not that hard to get to that point, and oyu don't need to kill the level 128 (or something like that) guy! But, when you do get 60 attack (in one more attack level, =) ), you shoud easily be able to kill the guy.
