Do Slayer 1st, since you can train 3 skills at once (Att/Str, Hp and Slayer). Take RC as a secondary goal, like when you bored of slay, do it 8-)

Just go to a slayer master and use 'rewards' option. When you open, go to current assignament...there will be 'Blackmark' and 'Cancel' your current task. Canceling needs 30 slayer points. Blackmark needs 100 slayer points.

You dont lose in a row when you cancel a task using 30 pts. Also the Tip No. 2 fisherman is a noob :lol:

After some time they appear and start attacking everyone. After 10 minutes i think every player start to get hitted 1 every 0.5 second :thumbsup:
