You can't efficiently train prayer on double xp weekend..

I was thinking more along the lines of not regular training, but like other activities that train skills and have periods where I can fletch and still get xp.

How fishing? When fishing, mining, or woodcutting, you have to wait a certain amount of ticks after receiving a resource (outside of Dungeoneering, at least) before you can get another. Instead of wasting this time, you can use it to alch/drop/do something else. You can use this small window of time to fletch some bolts. Essentially, fletch some bolts immediately after you catch a fish before clicking the spot again. It's rather click intensive, but worth it I suppose. Yes that's really the only drawback of exploiting this game mechanic. Although since he is willing to fletch broad bolts, I think that click intensity isn't an issue. I'd rather do something else. Any other suggestions?

I only pk on f2p and don't want high combat outside wild. Exactly, no good reason to not train it. I have a pure and I don't train summon on it. I hate the extra cmb lvls outside of wild even.
