  1. I don't have access to barrage yet anyways.
  2. Would that be faster than doing 13 bones per trip? Or would all the clicking make it slower? It'll be faster. Withdrawing from the tort doesn't take much time at all.
  3. You have any articles of those you could write? I'd like to read those, too. Knock knock...
  4. I, if no one else, like reading stonewall's posts. You're just butthurt because he called you out and proved you wrong. I rather enjoy his posts, too. I usually learn something (as I'm not the number one player by ANY means), and they're usually filled with content, unlike the post you quoted. LMFAO. SHUT THE [bleep] UP NOOB. Rather unnecessary. To the quote above that: Why not? They've put in more time than you, they've invested more money than you, and they're risking more than you. I can guarantee once you're that high, you'll wish it was higher for as much work as you've put in. You have to work for the rewards, that's why they get them.
  5. Would the ancients method be more lucrative than the one I'm using? I've used it since I was a lower level, so that's why it's not high end. Note, I don't have GS or Bandos or anything, and can't afford it. I do have ancients (I use it during CW for some fun).
  6. Just out of curiosity, why would the strength skill cape lower weight?
  7. If multiple users are saying that the articles aren't as interesting as they once were, there's a hint to be taken. I, too, agree with cutting down on the frequency of articles. Personally, the only articles I enjoy reading these days are the ones by Ts_Stormrage and Stormveritas. I either want articles written by "experts" in the field they're writing about, or opinion articles written from intelligent and informed viewpoints. I don't want easy-to-catch mistakes like the effigy thing, for example. Granted, Racheya's article about quest phobia was a big improvement over her previous articles. Yes, but most of the complaints aren't accompanied with ways to improve. No matter what you do, there'll be people who don't agree, or don't like, or aren't fans of it. That's life right there, and sometimes, people will just do that to do it. However, if they accompany it with reasons, they're more likely the ones you want to please, and will have more chance of changing something. I'm not trying to belittle anyone, or get on people's bad sides, I'm just saying that if you don't like something, give reasons why so then you won't be complaining about the same thing over and over. I like that idea right there.
  8. In my eyes, there's a huge difference between criticism and constructive criticism. If you don't have anything to help him out with, what's your criticism doing? It's much better to accompany complaints and criticism with ways to improve. How can they change to make you happy if they don't know how exactly? Other than extending the due dates, what else could they do to make you happy? Is that your only issue? They aren't as interesting?
  9. From what I've read, this is usually the most popular response. The larges are usually recommended with 5:5 (players to difficulty).
  10. That I did not know, I just happened to view this thread and saw complaints. I could have very easily misunderstood the post. I saw no constructive criticism at first. All I saw was "The articles are boring and I don't enjoy reading them" That's not really constructive at all. Now the deadlines thing, that was constructive. This is just my two cents (or maybe a dollar by now).
  11. I've never played with the runescape music. Even before this account. My iTunes has a much better selection.
  12. If you think these are so obvious, you are more than welcome to write an article and send it in as a guest article. Writing is not as easy as some of you make it out to be, let alone choosing a topic to write on. Maybe the fact that there aren't any topics that are instantly apparent to be interesting and salient to the writers should be an indication that they should not write an article? Just sayin'. That's how the tip.it times works. They have release dates, and they make sure they have something written. If you don't find it interesting, don't read it and don't complain. It's as simple as that. No. That isn't how it works. If a newspaper article is poorly written or boring, because the author had a deadline to meet, then he should expect complaints. The Times is no different. At first yes, but he hasn't found anything interesting in two years, as he states. Logic dictates, you'd stop reading. Why is it that everyone insists on complaining about everything? If you don't like it, stay away! A person cannot make everyone happy, and he happens to be one of those people. If he doesn't like it, he should write something. Complaining accomplishes nothing. Taking initiative to change, that accomplishes things. That's more effective than complaining. Give suggestions on how to make it better. "I don't like it" does absolutely nothing. "How about you do this instead?" That'll have a better chance of doing something.

  14. For hunter, I'd either do Penguins or Red sallies. I haven't personally experience Penguins before, but from what I've heard, they're a little better than red sallies. For mining, do you already have the sc picks? If not, don't bother with the picks, as they're not really worth it. I did iron at that level, but granites faster. For iron, you can either try that dwarven mines iron (near the new resource dungeon, although probably packed), Iron Kyatt method (tele with a spirit kyatt to the area, then mine iron, tele to cw, repeat), or Adrougne Iron (tele to monestary with ardy cloak, mine, tele to cw, repeat).
  15. I know Astrals usually aren't recommended until 82 when you get double, and then stick with that until 91 for nats. I can't remember from 54-82 though, sorry.
  16. Just to note, I do know these are both somewhat luck based, however, humor me for this topic's purposes. With my stats (which are below), which method would make more money, Killing Cave Horrors, or doing Barrows Runs? Cave Horror Set-up Helm of Neitiznot Witch-somethingorother Icon Black D'hide Top Black D'hide Bottom Dragon Boots Untrimmed Cape Abby Whip Barrows Gloves Warrior Ring Spirit T-bird summoned (filled with monks) Enhanced Excalibur Monkfish (undetermined amount) 50 fires Bullseye Lantern Barrows Set-up Helm of Neitiznot Amulet of Glory Prossy Top Prossy Bottom Dragon Boots Untrimmed Cape Black Sally Harralander Tar (right?) Barrows Gloves Warrior Ring Spade Guthan's Top Verac's Skirt Whip Black D'hide Top Black D'hide Bottom Prayer Potion Home tele (Kharryl Tele in house) Monkfish Please let me know if I'm missing something from my set-ups, or you can make any significant changes (I'm not that rich to begin with). Thanks for any and all replies! EDIT: I'm looking to make about 40-50m, and yes, I know it won't come quick.
  17. I think he meant you only have one chance to log out per wave. When you log in, the next wave starts almost right away, and you can't log out until the wave's over.
  18. I'm pretty sure it doesn't log you out. I just tested in-game, and everything in the dialogue box was the same, and nothing seemed to change.
  19. There's no real answer you can get. They wear it because they want to. No stats, just personal preference.
  20. "gives you a list of all your skills sorted from least to greatest amount of xp to level" He asked for xp, not closest percentage. He asked for least to most. If you stats are relatively balanced as mine are % does that. xp to level sort gives most to least, but for accuracies sake for exact order that would be closest to what he asked for. While true it does backwards of what he said, you can still just go to the bottom and work your way up.
  21. "gives you a list of all your skills sorted from least to greatest amount of xp to level" He asked for xp, not closest percentage.
  22. The way the sorts work they put highest value first. If you don't tick the to 99 box % done puts closet to level at top, where as xp to next level puts the furtherest from level at top. eg for me % done puts slayer (at 95%) on top as thths 4k off level xp to next level puts my 99s at the top with 186mil to the 200m xp The OP asked for xp needed to level. So Speedy was right.
  23. Please don't spam posts.
  24. Vulxai replied to Tact's topic in General Guides
Even if I hated hunter, I'd choose 100k over 5k hunter xp. You can do that in less than 5 minutes. Good guide! I was hoping someone would make one.
  25. It's optional for the quest completion. It's not optional if you wish to complete the second wishlist, and get the rewards for it.
