Barrows weapons lose every battle unless you NEED the set effect. Verac's hits through prayer, metal drags don't pray, so it's rather useless. Zamorakian Spear for sure. Soul Wars cape has a higher stab bonus, so I don't see where the debate is?

I believe the average is about 40/60. So for every 100 fish, you get 40 swordies and 60 tuna ((40*472)+(60*91)=24,340), and for lobsters, for 100 fish, you'd get 100 lobsters, which would be (100*215) 21,500. Now, this is assuming you catch at the same rate, which I can't be for sure, so if you catch lobsters quicker than swordies/tunas, then lobsters would most likely be better, and factor in that you won't burn as many, so the rate would actually probably put lobsters in the lead.

I feel the EE was definitely worth it. The task isn't that long, it gives you a break from everyday 'scaping, and it does come in handy during slayer tasks. Bunyip plus the EE is almost always more than enough to keep you (granted you aren't taking on hard hitting monsters).

Chances are they won't come to you since there's over 100,000 players with 99 cooking, and chances are one's close to you, and the amount of xp you get is what, 30k a day? If you see someone, sure, go for it, I wouldn't go out of my way to assist, though.

SC hammers are good yes. As for price, go to tip.it's construction calculator, find out how many oak planks you need, multiply that by the price of an oak plank, and that's your price (make sure you choose Morphic Hammer, if you decided to do SC).
