lsp isnt split between the entire team on a drop then the person who got the drop loses the lsp, its simply the person who got the drop gets no lsp, and the people who didnt get it, gain it so that if there was an arma hilt (lets say 60m) duo, your example says that player a gets the hilt, and b doesnt, that b gets 30m lsp when in reality, player b ACTUALLY gte 60m lsp. if they get another hilt next kill, the lsp ratio in that team wouild be the same as before, yes, but out side the team you example says that they have half the lsp as before (assuming the hilt goes to the opposite person) from personal experience i know that it would be the exact same lsp after the hilt, relative to not just the duo, but to every team you go with. player A will have -30k lsp, C and B will have 15k lsp. the lsp can go into negatives, its not saying that they have no chance to get a drop, its just to accomodate for people getting large drops with no lsp, will have a lesser chance later

Alright, back in the day Construction was still a relatively new skill and that day marked the houseparty of the first person with 99 construction. A pk'er back then, called Durial_321 (I think) had discovered a glitch that had to do with the houseportals, so he used one to Fally and teleported there, and then he could attack everyone in Fally. He killed a bunch of people this way, and there was a lot of panic and such. There are videos of it on Youtube, but they're not that clear. he was at cursed_you's 99 cons party, and was in the combat ring. when cursed logged out, everyone (i think) in the arena at the time was able to attack anyone outside the house. durial ran, with a few others, up to falador. chaos ensued

id play it, maybe a bit more than rs, and try to be the first max out, if they have skills like rs (not same skills, but similar skills system) will it affect clans? who knows...

Believe it or not, this statement is fairly accurate. The whole economy centered around PKing, because PKing is a thing called money drain. Skillers made products, Pkers bought them, used them, made some money, and bought more things from Skillers. It was a great balance. Just because you didn't (and still don't) Pk doesn't mean that it didn't effect your gameplay. I think you're part right and part wrong. Initially back in the RSC days your statement is totally true But before pking disappeared so many boss monsters etc emerged that the combat pure type player emerged and in the same way as a pker bought in alot of supplies. Pking, f2p pking is definitely a boost to things such as rune armour str ammys etc. But KQ, KBD, Corp beats, DK GWD etc have all stripped away or equalled the economic function old style pking had You're both wrong. I've been here since the beginning. Pking has always been one single aspect of runescape. It's never been the shining center everything else revolved around that you're making it out to be. Read the entire thread before you flame(ish) towards me if you did you'd note I already posted saying pk was not the centre of the game and just a single aspect. People who think that it's ever been what runescape is all about infuriate me. fffffffffffffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111111 you realise you infuriate alot of people yourself, right? pking was, to alot of people, the only reason to play it, because they like the pvp aspect. its more challenging, dangerous and fun to most people. ALOT of people i knew only played to pk, and mainly trained ONLY with pking, because its all they liked to do. its those people who "infuriate" you, but they are only sad to have lost the only thing they liked in the game, and to many of them, bh and pvp worlds simply arent the same, and i agree with them. im guessing the Medead0 is one of those people aswell, and pking is what runescape used to be to him. tl;dr: your an [wagon], and hate people for liking the old pking I never said I had a problem with PKers, just PKers who think that that's all runescape is/was about. PKing is one small aspect of a hugely diverse game. What bothers me isn't that people's favorite activity might be to pk, it's that they consider the game to be ruined in some way because of the changes made to the PKing system. Like a few people have already said, a lot more people prefer doing things other than fighting other players, and those that were solely PKers are in the vast minority. i hated the two birds and a stone article. absolutley hated it. it seems that ts is just pissed off that people found a good way to make money that ISNT based around making people lose hundreds of thousands - or more - at a time. also, all it is, is emergent game play, like the original way of getting 2 firecapes with gravestones, or the zilyana wall safespot in the past(did anyone notice how all gwd bosses had other "glitches in their room? surely its not a coincidence. jagex wanted hilts in the game fast). all were controversial, ofcourse but there was nothing wrong with them. jagex didnt chose to think through all the possible ways that it could be, as you so coldy put it "abused". the pvp trick doesnt hurt anyone, really. and there is still danger in it. several times i have died, or nearly died, doing the kills because of high levels waiting nearby with an ice barrage and some shiny red claws. whilst i do agree with the possible solution given, i dislike the way you put your opinion forward on it in general. ive also seen people say it is bug abuse, but it is not. bug abuse is things like the µ glitch, durials rampage, duping, and the like. not simple cases where jagex forgot to look through all the potential possibilities for emergent gameplay

actually eating alot of anything can be dangerous, but somethings are worse than others. you still have to do exercise to work off most food...if not all althought yes, the type of food does make a large difference, it is not everything. you should still exercise

whip is much better exp/hr than godsword. when i train melee i get 115k/hr average with whip/ss, yet average 95k an hour with godsword.

the barrows repair cost is very low. its less than 16k an hour. LESS. if you use a poh armour stand. if you sell barrows simply because it degrades...well...your a fool
