You can return to the cave anytime after the quest so you should be able to get the experience you missed the first time then.

Some of the "Legends" you can recruit are having their art released on Twitter today. I'm really liking the look of all the game. Should be interesting to see how the game actually plays.

Trading between two of your own accounts is against Jagex's rules which means it can't be discussed on these forums. Besides the time spent getting junk could be better used making actual money on your other account. This way you wont break any rules and still get the money you want. ;)

^ That's correct. The crystal chimes can only be made in the bowl under the Gnome Village and the Crystal saw can only be made in Brimstal's Cave.

I can't tell whether your client contains any malicious bugs in it or not, but either way it doesn't fit within Jagex's Rules for third party software and therefore it shouldn't be discussed on tip.it. If you do manage to get it approved by Jagex so that it fits within their terms then feel free to repost a link to your client in the advertising sticky. For now though I am going to lock this. If you have any problems feel free to PM me.

Basically this. It was discussed before but decided against being stickied. There are already six stickies in General Discussion and adding another one would just create more clutter at the top of the page and push other topics down further. On another note I wonder what their first tweet of the new year will be. Happy New Year wishes maybe?

I believe if you go 2nd function > 5 (math menu) you should get a menu that has an option to convert between fraction and decimal.

I saw Avatar on the Friday opening night and was blown away by the CGI and special effects. Watching it in 3D is really amazing and you almost feel like you're actually there experiencing everything alongside the characters. While some critics are picking at the story's lack of uniqueness and plot twists I thought that it was great just the way it was. You almost wouldn't want anything overcomplicated to distract you from the incredible visuals. Since it's already made $232,180,000 worldwide I think it's safe to say that James Cameron has created another masterpiece. Easily the best movie I've seen in the past couple of years. I'd love to watch it again in IMAX 3D but I don't think I will be able to find anyone to go again with me either. Perhaps if I bug my friends enough they will. :P

I just took a look at Tip.it's fairy ring map and from what I can see the closest rings would be: DJP - Tower of Life or AIQ - Mudskipper Point Both alters are around 20 seconds from each fairy ring.

Actually that's an opinion. In reality though that's what paying for looks all really comes down to, your own opinions as well as the ones of others. It's the same as if I were to wear full bronze around everywhere. Would I look like a newbie? Yes, because that's the image people have when they see bronze armour. It's not a fact that bronze armour makes you look not as good but rather the stereotype that "bronze is for noobs". Which brings up another point, why do people pay tons of cash for expensive items that are useless? Because in their opinion it makes them unique and cool. A lot of people pay insane amounts of gp to look different or respectable in the eyes of other players. While sometimes stats and bonuses of the equipment come into play, for the most part it's just to meet the opinions and expectations of others.

Efficiency > Looks I haven't worn platelegs since when I was still using rune. Even though I could afford platelegs there are many other things I could spend the extra 700k that are a lot more worthwhile. Half the time I wear my Guthans or Veracs anyways and they are both skirts. Honestly I'm not too fussed about the whole platelegs vs skirts and have never really had a problem with people making fun of me for wearing a skirt. However sometimes I do wear things that look good for fun. After all the game is supposed to be entertaining so why just sit in your basic clothes? It all really comes down to personal preference really; I can wear whatever I want and it shouldn't matter what other people think.
