At least with Halo they made improvements that couldn't be patched in/provided with DLC (More specifically regarding Online Multiplayer, Halo:CE didn't have it, Halo 2 needed improvements, and I can't find any flaws with the current online multiplayer, despite the fact that I prefer COD4 online) . I like the way that they are making Rock Band 2 compatible with Rock Band 1 instruments/DLC and vice-versa, but they could always just release the set list as new DLC, release new instruments, patch in online World Tour. I really do not see the point of releasing a new game, if only to make it available for those who don't use Live. That rumors been shot down. Itl be in the 2nd.

Its a small inconvenience when the wrong person gets caught? Like they press it wrong so its a little child? Wouldn't this be able to kill said little child or do some serious damage ... Small chance but the chance is still there. And its a big attack at rights. They clearly said that no Permanent Damage would be done, I doubt they can kill someone, the whole point is to stun and immobilized the victim, not killing him/her. Like they said the tazer would do no permanent damage.

And ACOG scopes are ePiC fAIl on LMGs, unless you want to hip fire alot for middle range, because you can't see anything else when you zoom in. Because they believe people have the right to play how they like. And as for ACOG Scoping on LMGs, we just must use them differently, seeing as ACOG'd LMGs are awesome for sniping in HC. They DO tho.
