What's with the blind hate? You ever played Halo 3? Assassin's Creed has no multiplayer with a pretty linear gameplay. Halo 3's main feature is online matchmaking. Can't even compare them. Completed it. And Assassins Creed.

Assassin creed isn't online. so you just play it then return it... it an ok game but its too repetitve(reppeats alot) get halo 3 thread maker dude. Make some friends that play halo 3 and you will have a ball. That what I do! I have 5 special friends that when I log I play with them. We own, pwn. get owned and overall enjoy ourselfs. It's just simply a fun game /me falls of chair. Halo 3 is a heck of a lot more repetitive

Is advent Sunday not like you said. Anyway i have had everything i want early and don't exactly agree with Christmas being a time of receiving everything except for celebrating the birth of Christ which wasn't even in December. Yes im all for gifts but who actually cares about the true meaning. Very few people. They done this so it was something to celebrate about in the dark times of the year. Anyway that said i think the true meaning is to celebrate the birth of Christ and have fun with your family.

Well im on about buying the game but not sure because some people have said if you don't have the recommended its really not worth it but anyway im still tempted and just wanted advice on something. I used system requirments lab and was wondering if i could get away with: Thanks in advanced.

Yeah you can, or at least my roomate (who is using vista) play's CS 1.6 all the time on it just fine. It's based off the same engine so should be fine. :D Ah, cool. I'll pick it up next week then. They basically give it away. I don't know if I'm doing the instalation the right way. I bought it, and I got two discs with it. Now I installed Steam, and now I'm downloading the games via steam. But I think I also could've got it from the second disc in the orange box and I'm waisting a lot of time now. Or not? :P Man, I feel like a newbie. But I haven't installed a game on my computer since need for speed underground 1. USE THE DISCS! its so much faster.

It all depends. I don't want it in some horrible courtroom but a church and thats it. A nice church and my family and close friends and thats me happy.

I would take Assassin's Creed and Bioshock off of that list, since they don't have much replay value, and the Op wants a game that will last 3-4(+) weeks. Meh, rent those then. I was just naming off good games on the system period -- I recommended to get orange box first anyways. I don't im still having nightmares about the 360 version.

I actually looked at Crysis, but then when I saw the system requirements, I went looking for other games :P I don't know much about system requirements, but I could tell a laptop wouldn't run that game very well :anxious: I'll check out the laptops specs when I get it, and post them here so you guys can help me find a game that's fun and runs smoothly :) google.
