Spent tonight drinking with a crazy bunch of people in morphsuits. Was pretty surreal.

Why? Between maintenance and tuition loans students rock up about £7,000 of debt a year. So a basic 3 year course results in £21,000 of debt. So everyone young who wants a decent qualification who isn't rich ends up starting their life with a mountain of debt. Glad i get mine paid, it's one good thing about Scotland. Quite impressed by Nick Clegg in the debate last night. Lib Dems might be getting my vote.

I'd agree with this. At primary school we had a school assembly every Friday where all the kids would sing hymns and religious songs for kids and stuff like that. It wasn't a catholic school or anything like that, if your parents didn't want you to take part you could sit it out, no big deal. Although the songs were religious i think they were more about morals than anything else, teaching kids to share and be nice to each other, that sort of thing.

Once in the morning everyday and again at night if i remember. I use Macleans something something. When i was a kid i'd just stand and brush my teeth for ages as the toothpaste tasted immense, Aquafresh milk teeth. Stuff was godly.

Yeah, by nationality you're British or English. We had a big debate over this in modern studies class a few years back in highschool. When someone asks you what your nationality is, what do you say? Most of the folks in our class went with Scottish instead of British and a big debate ensued.

Im really enjoying this. It gets off to a bit of a slow start but its worth persevering with.

I hate being put into games like that. People with names like oOooOoooooOOO el1tz0rz sniperknob OooooOoOOOOoOOo who have no idea that it isn't team [bleep]ing deathmatch. Yeah thats exactly what it was like. The other 3 in my squad had names like that, couldn't snipe for [cabbage]. I spawned on one, gave him an ammo box and watched as he spotted a guy then took 4 shots at him and missed every one. At least he spotted him i suppose. Played some games of rush on Valparaidso. One of my favourite maps. Used the AN-94 and i'm getting used to it better now. It's a headshot beast. My rush teams weren't much better than my conquest team from earlier but we narrowly got beat a couple of the games. I went the recon kit for defending the 2 stations after the one right infront of the lighthouse as the enemy were grouping up and firing from the lighthouse. Got a couple of sweet headshots through the windows and done quite well at picking the enemy off as they ran down the hill. Also got a ninja defuse as well. The building with charged station B in it was bombed wide open so i called my own mortar strike onto it and just ran right into it. Killed a dude with the MP-443 and managed to get under the floor and defuse the station.

Unlocked the AN-94. Finding it kinda hard to get used to the two shot burst. Played some more conquest today but the team was absolute [cabbage] so i decided to take a break. Seemed like i was the only one on our team actually trying to cap the points. Too many folks trying to play the recon kit and sitting on top of the hills taking pot shots instead of getting in amongst it, helping capture flagpoints.

Played it for a while, reached level 6. Quite enjoyed it so far, even if it is a little confusing at first. I agree it does "feel" like a minigame, sort of like a cross between stealing creation and pyramid plunder.

Not sure how i'd react if they increased the cap to 120. Sure, it'd be nice to unlock new stuff in the skills i've already got to 99 but then again, the difference between 99 and 120 is massive. Don't even have 104M total exp after however many years i've played this game. Maybe it will just be for this skill, we'll need to wait and see.

Couldn't play Rush at all today. Everything seemed to be going wrong, getting killed within seconds of spawning, team-mates not helping and doing stupid stuff i can't explain why. For example, i saw a guy on the UAV computer, normally i'd just pop him with whatever gun i had and get a free kill but this time i decided i'd rather get his dog-tag so i sprinted a fair distance up to him and he turned around when i was like half-way there and capped me in the face. <_<

Nice to see it finally released. Not too sure about the name either but meh, doesn't bother me all that much.

Unlocked the MG36, pretty good weapon. Think i prefer it to the M60. Also unlocked the AUG assault rifle, which i've started using instead of the XM8. It's pretty hard finding decent Blackhawk pilots. I'm not too bad but i prefer using it to parachute into the enemy base. Had a random pilot in a game earlier who flew head-on into the target area, meaning me and the other dude on the minigun had a limited field of fire.

Cracking weather here today. Woke up with no hangover which is always good and went with the family and the dog to this touristy kinda town next to the river. Good day.

Holy [cabbage] i've not been this drunk in a while. Spent tonight dancing in a club to the likes of Blink-182 and Sum 41 with some friends. Pretty damn awesome night.

Done nothing all day. Went to pub for a few beers with friend and his girlfriend. Now i'm home and not tired in the slightest.

I dunno if actually trapping or electrocuting the person doing it is the best idea, as fun as it would be. No doubt you'd come off worse than the person siphoning the fuel. Maybe setting up a camera and catching them red-handed?

Very well put and i agree. All Jagex asked for was the gaming adds to be removed, which should bump Tip.it up to a platinum rank. It's a small trade-off, which will result in more new content for the community. I reckon in the long run, making one little, fairly insignificant change in return for new content would benefit the community far more than not doing it (however flawed the ranking list may be).

I had problems with this as well. I tried googling but some of the fixes worked sometimes and not others, it was weird. Usually making sure the artist and album is exactly the same in each of the tracks then re-ordering them manually works. Also, if you have the album files in a folder check their all in the right order there as well.

After getting a bigger picture, from Hohbein and the Tip.it Admins, i reckon Tip.it made the correct decision. They didn't "sell out". Jagex offered some different content in return for the gaming ads to be removed, which seems like a fair compromise. Good to see the community come together and challenge the decisions. The admins know their stuff and have the community's best interests at heart.

The ranking lists are pretty ridiculous. RHQ i remember being terrible, Sal's is better but hardly ever updated and it seems it's just a list of how much each site has bent over for Jagex's advertising rules and such. Wouldn't worry about it, if we're up for a re-evaluation in a month and the Admin team have done what they think needs to be done, i can't see why we shouldn't reach platinum. Also, good on Zybez RSC for sticking to their guns.
