  1. I am taking some time out from Rs as my computer is on the blink (hence my stats from the hi scores) and i have some things in real life i have been putting off for a while which really need doing, so il be on temporary leave for around a couple of months but will still pop in occasionally to chat with friends but i will be back playing rs after i have sorted everything out. My stats:
  2. Too much spam which makes it difficult to have a serious discussion...It makes me cry  Also seeing screen long stories by one player is kinda off putting, looks like no-one else can get a word in :-k

Yeah, fake. Some nutcase claims to have went through a worm hole but the smartest scientists and researchers in the world can't even get ones that are open for a few seconds...i honestly think he has been smoking something illegal and followed the little imps under the sink and found a portal to another dimension... Don't do drugs kids.
  4. Hmm...seems like this guy is scraping the barrel for e-mail scams. Free 12m please??
  5. I got a job, get a nice pay check at the end of the month. :D It'll be good to start with, then give it a few months and the novelty will have worn off...unless you seriously enjoy your job and are passionate about it but you're a teachers aide and i don't know how anyone could enjoy that. :? Spend Wisely.
  6. I read an article in a newspaper about how people today view time as, kinda like a river..with the past, present and future extending before them. It also explained that time seems slower when we were younger as there were lots of new experiences which keep us occupied/interested and as we get older, our lives become more mundane and boring with time passing quickly, always trying to meet deadlines and looking forward instead of concentrating on the moment. Now, i kinda noticed how slow time seems to go when im playing Rs (Not a bad thing imo), which suggests that there are lots of new experiences/things to be done. I wouldn't exactly call myself a new player either. Also, i think the weekly updates would have a part in keeping me interested. (Small edit here :? ) So, i ask you, does time fly when you are playing Rs or do the hours after you have logged in seem like weeks?
  7. I have never been Dag Hunting or to the GWD but i strongly beleive that anyone who has helped in killing the monster, deserves a share. The "In-room" policy sounds quite absurd Imo...Say one person has to tele as they have taken most of the hits, thus prventing their teamates dying and they don't get a share as they weren't there when it was dropped, but they helped insure their teamates stayed alive by taking the damage...Not much point in going with this policy i think.
  8. I'd do what the people above me said... This is shaping up like those things were people ask a question, then reveal it has happened to them! Do you have 100k myst.Boxes?? ^ Seems like a logical answer to why he started this thread...why...why would you even think of this situation??

Seeing as i'm not American, i can't really comment on the american system but from my experience at high school (Just went into final year), all i can say is enjoy it while it lasts as High school passes quick, far too quick for my liking :? Seems like yesterday that i wandered in, amazed at the size of the folks, now i am one of those folks...enjoy it while it lasts is all i can sqy :D
  10. Good luck in real life and thanks for everything. I really think they should make a hall of fame :D May the wind always be behind ye' and the road rise up tae meet ye' Some scottish words of wisdom for ya... Great Job and all the best!
  11. Yup, as someone already said, everyone see's your combat level, so logically, it is the quickest way to improve your character when you start (For the first time, not making a second skiller/pure/noob account when you already know the ropes). Anyway, who doesn't enjoy killing things? And yeah, i think most people do listen on Tut. Island. Its not uncommon to see a lower level in Lumbridge area asking for help on how to get started with crafting or some other "complicated" skill (lets face it, who was 100% sure on all the steps with crafting some leather or jewellery when they first started : ) but you hardly ever see anyone asking for help with cooking, mining or other simple skills that are taught in Tut. island.
  12. I haven't had a problem getting clue scrolls, just a problem getting good rewards :D So no, i don't think they are harder to come by.
  13. I have to say i noticed the same thing, pures etc, when i went to visit the german worlds out of interest. Do they advertise Runescape on any other medium than the internet? Maybe it isn't well known as it isn't well advertised in Germany, example: we have miniclip, which like it ir not, brought lots of new players to english. Maybe there is a german miniclip equivalent that could attract newplayers, i dont know, just a thought. :-k
  14. Very nice, ownage mining and herblore levels... 9/10
  15. 8/10 Very nice..me likes the cash pile and the raw meat
  16. 5/10 Not bad cash pile...A.K.A better than mine  The amount of arrows is nice but stats could be better for your level Room for improvement.
  17. 9/10 Nice stuff, especially the fm cape... Not a big fan of those [bleep]ey slippers tho :-k
  18. Tif is a great place where you can actually have a serious (mostly :D ) discussion about stuff related to Rs or not. Now, if you tried that on the RSOF,well, the less said about it the better. And as so many players have said before, the I.Q. here is a damn site higher than that of the average player.
  19. Always sad to see someone leave the game  All the best in real life and enjoy halo!

I agree with this one...i think raising the level caps would spoil the game as we know it. Sure, some extra high level (as in 90+) features for some of the more "neglected" skills wouldn't go amiss, but yeah, a higher healing food is whats needed methings.
  21. Nice...wish i had paid more attention to slayer now. 10/10 They kinda look like [bleep]ed slippers #-o
  22. Always sad to see another tif member leaving  Anyways, you said you'll still be about here so it aint all bad. All the best with your new school and in real life
  23. I got to agree with you there...sometimes the speculation does get over the top but other times, take the god wars dungeon location for example, some speculation does turn out to be true (even thought there was a large black square hiding part of the game map :-k ) but speculation on subjects such as summoning and blood/soul rune crafting are usually taken too far. I think if jagex wanted to give us a subtle hint towards these things then they would release the same kind of book type idea they done for god wars.
  24. Always sad to see someone go  Get a santa  All the best for real life :D
  25. "You sure you wanna do that...?" "Do you feel lucky punk? Do ya?" Or the good ole ego-booster "I R 1337"
