In my 6th and final year of high school, next year is either university, college or work.... Im hating school at the moment, it's not what everyone cracked 6th year to be like...kinda want to leave and go to work for a year before deciding which courses to do at Uni. Your American schools sound a lot better...start at 7.30-2.40...amazing, we start 9-3.30...i'd rather get up earlier and get school over with.

A 99 skills, no matter what it is, takes a lot of effort to get. Yes, some have better exp rates than others but a 99 is still a 99, a maxed skill. If you are going for a 99, i'd probably do an "easier" on, cooking/fletching, first, just to get the feel of it then go for a skill you enjoy doing, which makes the trudge to 99 a lot less boring as you actually enjoy training the skill.

Yeah, just a lure as previously said. Were you standing at the fountain/tele-spot, as that might explain how you were seeing people taking damage as they got lured out, attacked then teled back to fally as damage was shown in a splat...

Its surprising how much goes on kinda unnoticed concerning fansites, stuff that is taken for granted. Not everyone will stop to think how these forums got put up, how much time and effort are put into things like TET events and skill calcs and tables, just for an online game. Find that hard to beleive... :-k As someone already said, nerds/geeks are just labels, in the long run, who really gives a s**t? Its peoples own lives, let them do what they enjoy doing, if someone enjoys playing rs then who are we to argue. To answer if rs attracts "nerds/geeks" then i'd have to say it attracts folks with a higher attention span, who keep playing and enjoy it, (not always a higher iq) than most online,normally fps games where players start swearing down a mic at you just cause you killed them. I'd say mmorpg's are stereotypically "nerd" games...but meh, everyone can choose what to do with their time and if they want to get fit, play rs or whatever, its entirely up to them.

Grats on the con lvls... I think 99 hp is hawt, even if it does mean a trimmed slayer cape (pfft :lol: ). Two of the coolest capes/skills imo (hunter is first).
