Hello y'all. I finally acheived one of my long term runescape goals, to own a d chain. Yeah, people say they are overrated but this has really been one of my biggest goals, and now it is complete! Doing this, i also found my favourite skill= Hunter. I saw someone with the cape when i was fishing and decided to give it a try. Got to lvl 32 then stopped then a friend got me hooked and i have been training to where i am now. :thumbsup: I hope to go for 99, but due to work, exams (which are finished now) and being completely burned out from work, exams and hunter, i am going to take a small break from it. Anyway, rate my stats, and the old d chain! My 1337 outfit: Stats: Don't rate my cropping skills, i've got the 99 cape for that already \

I got a saradomin mitre for 25k, went on to sell for a d med, the mitre was only worth about 200k so i was happy with that... :thumbsup:

I also sleep with my air rifle but i hear air pellets aren't too effective against volcanoes and white hot lava...Sleep with a watergun under your pillow :thumbsup: (Which is also effective against dancing hobos...and there is less of an..um..lawsuite when the hobo sues you for shooting him when he is busking outside your house but meh)

Roleplay has an entirely different meaning where i come from... :shock: OT: I dont roleplay in rs because why? Why would you pretend to be something else when you can be yourself and have fun in a virtual world...If i wanted to roleplay i would join one of those battle re-enactment clubs (Not really but it is just an example 8-) )

The only way i could see runescape being completed is if you don't find it fun to play anymore... On the other hand..200m exp in every skill, one of every rare, full set of each armour and the max amount of cash possible...never gonna happen i dont think 8-)

Jagex are company out to make money and profit, at the end of the day, thats what it boils down to. I think they advertised on miniclip as it would provide a larger audience, much like the german servers (personaly, i dont see many players on them) and in turn would provide jagex with more cash, which then improves the game for the rest of us so no, i wouldn't say miniclip ruined rs.

Don't trust anyone with vast amounts of cash/items you aren't willing to lose if you don't know them in real life. All of my real life friends quit rs ages ago but i have 2 really good friends ingame, i would trust em with small amounts of cash/items i can easily get back but not with anything i wasn't willing to lose.

Well, to sum it up we tried doing a "flying-ninja-flip-roll" through the open window. Needless to say, it went wrong. My friend went first but instead of going through the window frame, kinda got stuck. We pulled him out and i had a go, kinda got half way on my run up and window slid down a bit and i thought i could still make it (Too many Haribo and M&M's...They are like alcohol, take your common sense away :ohnoes: ) and jumped onto window, cracking it and my skull. Woke up in hospital 5 hours later....jackie chan + Intoxicating (lol) sweets=very sore head and several stitches and a bill to repair window

Well there are (I think they are glands) glands that secrete the dopamine. Those just release less depending on your positive or negative stimuli. Also, its not just the decrease of the dopamine but the receptors that register the effects can weaken or die. That is pretty much what depression is (but there are, of course, other factors). Its actually the other way around. If you see a computer, for example, the dopamine is produced which makes you want to play. So the dopamine causes the desire, not the other way around. The apathy towards Runescape could simply stem from the fact that you dont really care for it any more. That or you just dont want to play right now. Its not really an addiction, its more of an affinity or a like/dislike situation. If you dont like something, even if it produces dopamine you wont want to play it. Thanks for your post! Dopamine is secreted in a few different area of the brain,including the hypothalamus which acts on our sympathetic nervous system (the one that speeds things such as heart rate up). If i am training combat il usually ask a friend if he wants to join but recently i have been hunting which i find is better done alone...it really depends on which skill i am training at the time. As for quests, all the ones i have done, i have done "lone ranger" except from desert tresure where me and my friend went through it together...which was actually pretty good as you are able to give each other help and encouragment. I would like to see jagex make a partner questing kinda thing, it would be good.

Arggh..I just imagined f2p lumby with the mic system. Now it is bad enough with the text based chat... Noobs trying to chat you up but imagine it with a mic...Wow, you look hot in that members armour, fr33 st0of pl0x!!11! :ohnoes: ...*Dropkicks speakers out window* I think it would have its benefits and downfalls, like most things but it would be murder, as some one said, at places such as catherby and woodcutting purely because of the amount of spam that some of the more immature players like to produce (especially catherby) but for things like a TET event, i think it would add something to an event where we can all hear eachother...
