In the Philippines, we have lessons called GMRC (Good Manners and Right Conduct) In this subject, every school-aged Filipino is taught how to be a good person and how to be a good Filipino citizen. I remembver having to read out my GMRC books in class, saying what should be done, according to the textbooks. I've done my lessons, done my exams (GMRC has exams and you CAN fail it!) and yet I still ended up as a trashy, immoral nincompoop :|

You say you don't believe in god in other sentence and in other sentece you say you class yourself as a believer and go to church and pray. :-s I don't understand. I don't really belive in God but I don't call myself an Atheist or Agnostic. I'm still Catholic but I'm really unsure about God's existence. My wording is terrible, I'll probably confuse a lot of people :P

"Wait, how can I believe in God? My religion has too many of them..." by my friend (who is Sri Lankan, a Hindu) My mother would always reprimand me for not wanting to go to church. To be honest, I was never a religious child even though I went to church every Sunday and even attended Sunday School as a kid. She would say that I should always have time for God, how I should always praise him. But then again, does he really love us back? We pray to him, he offers us protection and yet there's a war going on, there's children suffering around the world. That's only one of the many reasons why I don't believe. Yet I still class myself as a believer. My parents would never accept that I don't believe in God. I still go to church every sunday, I still pray. Since this is OT, there's gonna be a handful of people who will try and prove me wrong, given the chance. I just thought I don't want anyone to start anything, since this is OT and a religious topic O:)

I was lucky enough to be able to work with a few editors from the Time Out magazine in London. Here's a few things I've learnt off one of the editors: Grammar is extremely important to be a successful journalist. Companies wouldn't accept someone who can't even go back and check their mistakes. Deadlines! For Time Out, the magazine is released every Tuesday and your articles needs to be done and subbed way before that. There's a lot more, but I can't dig them out of the back of my brain at the moment. Journalism is quite an interesting career. Gives you the oppurtunity to meet new people, write what you think, express your emotions etc... I'm gonna do a bit of advertising here :3 Dec 19, Christmas Edition of Time Out London is out! Check it out, there should be a poster in there that has a drawing of me O.o

We're still at the first term. So you get a B for this term, get As and A*s for the next and it'll even it out. Just try harder, review your mistakes and pretty soon you'll be walking away with a good grade (and a good future)

I'm surpised nobody has mentioned 'The Amanda Show' :shock: Daaamn, I used to watch these cartoons non-stop when I was 7! Things like Rocko's Modern Life, Double Dare, Figure It Out, Legends of the Hidden Temple (gosh, that talking head used to scare the crap out of me) and The Wild Thornberries. I miss em, they were classics

Wow, first thing that popped into my mind after watching that vid was: "Final Fantasy!" But when it finished, left me a lil' sad inside :boohoo: I had to watch it again, made me cry a bit :cry:
