I owned a kid using karils with my emmy bolts (e) and he had like 5-10 more ranged levels than me. Explain again? luck, rapid / longrange, prayer, pots... def lvls... i agree...total luck. i once hit 32 on a level 122 and then next duel got 2 hitted..that says it all about rs and luck. also, i dont beleive level 67 range can hit 17..i can only max a 9 at 68! then you arent using the right bolts, i hit 21-13-18-19 on black dragon with rune bolts(no tips) crossbows own!

there are loads of stuff that should be report able... 1) begging 2) luring(it should have a report for it self) 3) other stuff

the bolt is dragon stone... its easy to see the purple'ish colour

i would ask one of my 99 mining friends to come and play "stupid miner nr. 2" then when the person hopped because he didn't get anything my friend would leave use this all the time

. . . I remember when 18 was the max hit for Rangers, period . . . Every form of combat has become much stronger (Remember when Iban Blast was > all magic), but as long as they all become stronger in equal amounts I guess it stays balanced. Melee is still the powerhouse attack style, with Dharoks able to one-hit kill all but the strongest of players. Rangers have the advantage of speed. A good ranger can hit low 20's with extreme rapidity (even if MSB special misses half the time, a lucky special can be obscenely powerful). And the Mage's most powerful attack can keep you frozen for an entire third of a minute, while the mage takes you at at his leisure from 10 cells away. We've come a long way bronze daggers and oak bows ... well spoken! :thumbsup:

i was at black dragons and hit 21-13-18-19 with 71 ranged... i was using rune xbow and rune bolts and no prayer or pots. no pic though...
