Thats what i did with my skiller, do all F2P skills to 50 then do combat if i want. but yeah, experiment with ti till ya find something enjoyable.

Im P2P, 90 defence and i use Runite for my armor. i Win. : personally, it all depends on what the USER prefers. i personally want full bandos because i've never been a fan of repairing and who knows? barrows "Might" break on you at the worst possible moment, bandos you wont need to even think of it. plus depending on your Defence Level, (Me for Example) i can compensate the Difference in defensive stats with my defence level so the Str Bonus is a Bonus to me, even if its slight.

i have Toadflax growing on the side, which makes me 1m a fortnight, i've been racing against Forsaken's 99 Range and another Friend doing 99 defence. I tend to go to Castle Wars once every 2 hours for a break (along with a drink outside), open to races and i'll shoot myself before i grind. :

beats me how the hell you made 10m with that, unless you used non combat skills. basically you need to find something that puts you at an advantage, in your case, doesnt involve using defence. ape atoll works here since if you use prayer you wont need anything but about 2 food and 2 super anti-poison from that darn, lurking spider. but mind you, though strength is classed as a snitch, no 99 skill is easy. it requires time, effort, planning and diligence. you also may want to have other activities to do with it, because spending 10-15hrs on runescape a day will bore you to death and use you your life (litterally), so be prepaired by talking a walk, or go outside or play the Wii if you have one. Other then that good luck with 99 Strength. :

heyo! well i've been at the 99 defence goal for well over 5 years and its coming to a close, i currently have 90/99 with 80 atk/str so its quite painful, but i want to know a few things for that final stretch: *what can i kill thats good experiance and money? *will i die from tenatious boredom of killing the same thing? *how long do you think it'll take at roughly 5-8hrs a day to get 99 from 90? hope to hear a response, want this skill finished before x-mas. :

better yet, why not go for the Fire Cape? looks better, better stats AND it self-animates! along with Ray, im also a small percentage of 100+ without a skill cap, im doing 99 defence beause its the number one combat skill i enjoy, followed by farming as my number 1 non-combat skill. its hard since im keeping atk/str at 80 but it is so worth it in the end. I will say do a skill YOU enjoy. if you like cooking, go for it, adore woodcutting? grab an axe! dont go for a 99 JUST to get a cape and blend in, because from 90-99 it's hell. (i should know) and 70+ in all is good, allows access to alot of money making methods, quest cape is obtainable and you'll find a skill you like along the way.

well, from what i've been told: the Volatile Tool has a 40% increase or so of experiance of the chosen item form its in, and reverts back to the seed thing after "x" amount of uses, but the bad thing is the Volatile tool will change to ANY of the items, not a selected. The Morphic tool has about a 10-15% increase of experiance of the chosen form, changes back after "x" uses, but unlike the Volatile, you can choose the form it takes, which is why the exp gets lowered. the "80 Skill" you talk about is actully the "In Game" tools you can use, not the actual weapons. Getting points varies on what you do, from my experiance, having a RC level of either 40 or 60 is a huge help as the Catalyic Runes give alot of EXP and even making lv3 (40Rc Req') i get about +50k points per game. and yes, getting both hatchet and Pickaxe is good as both seeds last longer and its not too hard getting the points to both buy and recharge them. I hope this helps. :

well, first fix your title up as you will proberly get spammed/flamed for it. second, as FrostyGrunt said, the purpose of this boss isnt to go full arms to combat but play it tactically. I had it easy because my defence is that high, his attacks didnt cause too much fuss and i used a crystal bow. but with your skills its going to be very hard. i'd recommend getting 60 range, msb and mithril arrows. since i dont think prayer is used there, use a super defence potion to boost resistance, and a range potion for added power. other then that, good luck on your 2nd attempt.

also, from others that have done this, you need a large amount of money (50m) just to start it off efficiently, which screws me over since i only have 6m.

That's why we have a "Help & Advice" Thread. -.- herbs might not bee 100% fast but there good for both a balanced profit and experiance, doing trees, though costly, is good for experiance as a friend of mine does that since he's close on the bound for 99 farming (which i'd think would be painful) IF you can, get the Magic Sectures, they are ACE when it comes to herb farming. PS: The last patch RayOxide couldn't remember is the patch reward from "My Arm's Big Adventure" in which they dont become diseased in that patch only. good reward and good luck on farming! its quite a relaxing, fun skill. :

realy? i haven't heard about this before, hopefully it gets better. Simular to Ducky, if they actully know each other, are going out etc i honestly dont mind. but for some guy/girl who's either 12 or desperate, and say "you look hot (its pixels for goodness sake) will you be my bf?" my reply is "I have a bf" to either scare them or "i have a gf". which they then try to get me to cheat on. i've yet to actully get her playing runescape so i can make fun of her. :lol:

try telling the australian government that. i get 1 shift a fortnight, im 18 and only paid about 100-200$ a month. makes living impossible and i cant claim any compensation etc on it. plus moving out is out of the question for 5 years on that rate. -.-
