I think its more of a compatibility issues with Java->Mac. From what I recall, Java stopped making updates to OSX Leopard if you're still using it and only make updates designed for OSX Lion now meaning you HAVE to update to Lion. Don't quote me on that, I'm not much of a OSX user.

While I like rap music, I hate those douches that just have to blast it out of their [cabbage]ty cars. I hate drivers who go and shove the biggest sub they can find into whatever car they have and blast [cabbage] music. The musics one thing, but blasting it from an old hilux that's rusting away with a bad P-plater driver? just sad.

My faith in humanity is officially zero as of today. My friend has never worked a day in his life, holds no experience, was a dole bludger, no customer experience etc, yet somehow he was hired straight away, no interview to do IT contractor work, something I have been trying to get into for 3 years. What the hell is wrong with this society...

I am WAAAAAAAAAAY more experience and qualified then the people I see go for the same job, but just because one friend works there, they can just say "yeah he's good. you wont go wrong picking him". there really is no point in getting your HSC/School Cert, or Uni degrees or College/TAFE Certs anymore. NOTHING is based on qualifications or experience, its ONLY who you know. It's really tempting to take my story to Today/Tonight news because it'll show the country just how messed up our job system is now.

Sorry to hijack, I just didn't wanna make a new topic that was the same. I just joined up to a 24hr local GYM but I have NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. I dont know any lingo terms for exercise or ANYTHING. All I know is I'm mostly focusing around my stomach/abdomen and whatever muscle area is around the side/hips as well as strengthening my back. Three's not much point in going if I dont know what equipment I'm supposed to use :(

you PAID 60M JUST for a rank? what the hell? Whats stopping me just opening a chat and going "join, but pay me 10m for a rank"? The fact that he made 250M in 3 hours tells me it was a trusted CC with trusted ranks. You could open your CC, but I doubt anyone would bet any more then 2M on you. Paying 60M for a rank is extremely good considering some CCs are 1B-2B for general. How does that even work to begin with? have a fat paycheck, become trusted, then open a chat and get MORE? No offence but when the [bleep] is jagex ever going to think of low income players (GP wise, not IRL) and stop [bleep]ing us over. -.-

That's a given. If there's a system set up where people can remotely answer captchas AND answer it quickly enough then there is no counteraction if all you're requiring is correct answer. RS can make this difficult as the answers don't have to be only alpha-numeric (answer to select could be a heart or sword or something else). That'll limit participation in such programs pretty much to only RS players. The question then is does such a system allow such a fast turnaround that it's hard to distinguish it from a player sitting in front of the computer? In not, Jagex just has the accounts that answer to slow to keep getting more and more tests. If the turnaround is fast, well, at the very least you've taken 30 to 60 seconds out of a living person's day. Anyway, based on what Stev's claiming, the best bet is getting hundreds if not thousands of 2d images that were randomly generated using unrealeased 3d models. Each image can have dozens of questions. It shouldn't be too difficult to constantly generate and update the captcha with new images and questions as it's done automatically. First you have to think whether or not Jagex really wants all bots gone; If they really want a detection system that could keep the number of bots so low that they'd need no anti-cheat department except the few people that write the software. Let's incorrectly assume that they did want to scrap half of their income... No, there best bet would not be the 2D models as you've explained. And models can not be unreleased as explained above. Hell, there's been models of D Kites and D Crossbows in the model list for years! Since WGS! There best bet is to do as many other major companies have done (eBay, anyone?). They should fire or transfer their current employees (Don't get me started on that joke of an employee Carlos) and hire those that are able to beat and bypass their anti-cheat systems with only a few minutes work. Hire the people that are currently getting paid bottom-dollar for their bots clients and scripts and put them to work. No one knows more about it then the ones getting paid to bypass it. Hire the people currently getting paid to quite easily bypass their systems. Kinda reminds me of an old movie I rewatched recently; Blue Streak. Who would make the best cop/detective? An ex-con. Similar to Valve, their major bug and bug abuse section is beeing looked after by the very person who found them and exploits them. It's better for their company to hire someone who knows the understanding of finding, abusing and fixing bugs then the very person who knows how to find and exploit.

Albeit a minor tweak, added a few particle effects to some weapons (like arrow's trail etc) and customised my icons down the bottom corner for classes all pony-fied. as such. (and a re-skin for snipe for Doc's rifle from Back to the Future 3, reload animations awesome) on that note:

Yup. Am I the only one that seems to hate Africa and all these sponsor advertisements etc? It's been going on for as long as I can remember, is it really that difficult to get a civilization to move forward into the 21st century? Not to sound harsh but it's no more better then Dull Bludgers. (Im talking way before this drought thing hit) EDIT: To be more clear, I see all this money getting poured in to try and help them but I haven't seen a single change in 20 years.

Agreed. I'd rather something with a bit of complexity to it, not just shoving a high level req' on it and turning out to be useless. Saw mill for example, I only know of 1 player so far who even used it as a training method despite its high req'.

Cut-n-paste from Steam because I cba re-typing. Raven ♪: only 4 other's to compete against Raven ♪: dressed casually and hipster-ish like all of the workers look like in there Raven ♪: answered all the shiz, kept confident Raven ♪: and I hilariously pissed off a green P-Plater trying to race me in a new model XR6 against my old bodgy (dads) XR6 Raven ♪: I love it when morons buy big engine cars and cant drive it right TL;DR- went really well and I find out tomorrow sometime. Only downside was the gate to the carpark from inside the shops closed before I finished, I had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND to get to the car. 1.5km walk... Still, the exercise prob do me well. Im also signed up to a GYM now.
