The problem with America is our perspective of life. We take things for granted. Shove 1 of us in Sudan and our replacement be a kid from Sudan. You know, I use to work for a company called Hilton Honors. The people I talked to were so selfish, yet they was staying in great beautiful hotels, but complained over very stupid things! One person complained because Bush's Picture was in the hotel.. another complained because of a mirror.. and the light was blinding him somehow.. from the bathroom.. yet he could have simpley shut the door.. inless he's afraid the boogy man might get him in hotels. I am proud of America for its freedom, but I am not proud of its people. Everyone here takes things highly offensive. Yet were suppose to be a country thats "United" and only Love Unites! When hate spreads, division occurs.. and there appears to be a lot of division. I just wish everyone would forget what wrongs other people have done, and say " I forgive them, so I may spread love today". If there was 1 thing I could wish for America, its that they wake up on how blessed they are. We are far to arrogant.. rich and arrogant.. ~Defender~

Well here is my opinion on the matter. We all want to know the Truth about Gobal Warming. Is it happening through humans? Or is it happening through nature? Personally I believe it is happening through humans. As humans, we can calculate things with accuracy. However, we tend to forget to calculate everything! If we could caculate everything that would take effect, then we would have no problem finding the truth. However, we cannot calculate everything, not everything gets brought into calculation, so it leaves theories in its place, un-answered questions. This brings forth 2 sides or supporters and a debate is ensued. However since no one really knows the answer, otherwise 99% of the world would say its fact.. we all argue on it inevitably. However, we all know arguing on the issue is pointless. The truth is, what are we going to do about it? From what I know, there is tons of man made chemicals. Millions of them! These are not natural, and so they effect the earth in unnatural ways. This is what shocks me. Some people on here claim that being selfish is the best way to go in life, such as let the weaker people die. This is completely unintelligent and unwise people. Lets just pretend for 1 moment, it is those man made chemicals that are causing the earth to deteriorate. Who made the Chemicals? Big Coperations.. And are Big Coperations all for living a life of giving and love? Wait.. of course they are! In its their ads all the time how much they care about you.. as long as you have a Benjamin with you while your being loved. Have you noticed that when companies or corperations.. that when they are greedy.. they get tons of benifiets, but it hurts everyone else? And even the environment? Greed's end result is suffering. So why you can continue to believe that its greed that will lead us to victory, I deny such. To finish off my post, I'll leave a parable. Once there was a man.. who went to hell while he was in his sleep. In hell, he saw a long table, with people all around it. Infront of the people was a HUGE feast and everyone had a plate to eat! However, the people's hands were long knifes and forks and they could not reach down to grab the food because their hands were to long. They complained and argued and was starving half to death! Then, the man went to heaven, thinking, "well, maybe heaven will be better! It has to be". Instead, he saw the excate same thing! People had knives and forks as hands and were unable to eat the feast that was set before them. So, which path did the man choose to go? He chose Heaven, because in Heaven, they share. ~Defender~

Nope. I don't believe "being a teenager" is the cause of the problem. its the "fill in answer because you don't know the real solution" answer. Personally I think your stressed out. When you go from a kid to teenager, you start to being to take on responsibilities for adulthood. It can be a depressing state and stressful. My advice is that you do not think of what makes you depressed.. and do listen to music if it makes you happy. ~Defender~

Technology increases effiecency and saftey, but your never 100% safe. Since when could a TV or casino have to do with anything to prevent a ship from sinking? Not completely, I'm saying: why does God discriminate between the two and, to turn your own question around, why does "accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior" mean so much to God that doing that "buys" you your way into heaven? The difference is not the good deeds they both did, the difference is that one believes and the other does not. Right now, I'm observing that you're indirectly saying that God doesn't care one single bit about whether what we do on this earth is good or not. As long as we eventually 'accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior" all your sins are gone. Not only does this God sound completely immoral to me, I fail to see what this God tries to reach by all this. Does he wants us to live a good life or does he wants us to continue asking his forgiveness for our sin forever. Your interpretation seems to be that he only wants the latter. Where did all the "love your neighbour" ideology go to, why all this hate creation towards non-believers? Since when does your God promote this and what are his motives for that? Does he not see that hate creation in itself is a sin? Why does your God tell you to threaten people that if they don't believe then they will be undergoing "the worst of all". And don't say you're just warning, you're threatening: "If you don't believe you WILL undergo it". In the old testament, to get rid of your sin, you had to sacrifice animals which claimed your sin apon them. In the same way, Jesus is know as the calf because he took all of our sins apon him, HE was the sacrifice. If you don't accept that he took your sins when he died, he can't claim them, you still have your sins that need to be paid. God knows we are not perfect and time and time again we all make mistakes and mess up. God DOES care how we live. If you live in sin, you won't have the blessings of God apon you. If you live in the teachings of God, you stay connected with him and you get extreemly blessed beyond measure. God loves you so much that you are saved either way, thats how much Grace and Mercy he has, however you won't reap the benifiets now if you live a life of sin. Trust me, you will have a miserable life, and at the same time, hurt God. He gave the choice to you though. One man asked Jesus, what is the greatest commandment? And Jesus replied "Love your God with all your heart, soul, body and mind. And second, love your neighbor as yourself, all the law hangs on these 2 commandments". Not all christians love non-believers and need to put it in practice. However, if you feel I have shown hate for you, I am sorry. Whats a warning? If you don't believe in Christ, hell is your future. Whats a threat? If you don't believe in Christ.. Hell is your future? To me a warning and threat in this situation would be the excate same thing. However, a warning is given in love, a threat is given in hate. Once again, as much as I would love and like to tell you that heaven is still a option without Jesus.. its simpley not scriptual, and I would be lieing to you if I told you otherwise. And God himself said this, so you could say God is warning you. God doesn't want you to believe in him through Hell and fear. No, but it is a place that does exist and he's trying to save you from it if anything! If your sin has not be claimed by Jesus, and that can only happen when you believe he took it (for God operates by faith), then your sin is still on you and when you die, you must pay the price of sin. The price of sin is death, where hell is. Its not a really complicated thing at all.. If you don't want to believe in Jesus you don't have to.. but hell is a place where people go. Personally I wish those who don't believe in God would be non-existant afterwards.. but then sin would go unpaid.. and God would be unjust and Satan would have won. ~Defender~

It's a lie. Your saying Life is only about accepting God and asking for forgiveness. Thats not moral, thats just a cheap way out of having to pay for the bad you have done. Your life isn't about life, it's about the afterlife. It's not about the people, it's about saying sorry to God. First, even if someone was genetical altered that way, that does not take away their choices in life. They can still choose to be single or married to a woman. Its not so much genetics or the environment I have a problem with. Its the fact that they say they have no choice in the matter, which is a lie. You always have a choice. Infact, its so simple, its like this. Everyone in the world has different tastes. Some people love the taste of veggies. Others do not. Now because we are genetically altered that way, do we not have a choice in what we eat? Of course we do, we can eat all the terrible stuff we hate (with alittle discipline included) and munch on it all the way. In the same way, a person saying he is for homosexuality, is not because of a gene, its because of choice. He had to accept homosexuality first before he could act on homosexuality. Another interesting question I'd like to ask you is if God discriminates between someone who believes in him and someone who does not, providing they live exactly the same life (apart from anything related to religion, of course). And if God does discriminate solely for the sake of someone not believing in him, then why does he do that and in what way does that express itself more concretely? Here is the answer to your question. You are saying.. both men lived the excatly same way excate for their religious views. So what you are saying is.. "Why cannot the other man, going to hell, buy his way into heaven with his good deeds?". Its simpley because we have all sinned. We've all done wrong to God. We've all did it one way or another. Sin is thing you want to do in your life, if you want to cut God out of your life. Morals do not have the power to purchase heaven. Now, all you have to do to go to heaven, is cut away sin. Anyone here, anyone anywhere else in the world, can easily get to heaven. All they have to do is cut the sin out. But we do not have the power to do that, only Jesus died for our sins. Once you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, all your sins are gone. Their wiped out, God does not remember them at all. For example, if you sin, you ask God for forgiveness, and then you ask God for forgiveness again, and he says "For what?". You know Adam never pleased God because his morals. Morals is following what one could say "a Good life". So why is someone with good morals going to hell anyway? Morals do not have the ability to purchase your eternity. Only Jesus Christ did that, and its completely free. The thing is, there is no middle ground. There is no "i'm in the maybe section over here". Jesus says your either for Christ, or against him. There is no middle ground. The thing is, all it takes is 1 sin to cut the connection between God, so when adam ate the apple, thats when all of this stuff started happening. Let me show you how bad sin is. Lets image the perfect world, with Adam and Eve in it. Nice yeah? Don't have to work.. can eat all the tastiest fruit in the world, just not that 1 tree. God gave everything to Adam. Now, when Adam sinned.. that put you and me here today. In a world full of sin. Look and abserve the results of sin. Its manifestation surely does not contribute to society in any good way. Sin is something we owe to God, it has to be repaid back. Only Jesus can pay that price. I think the question is.. why would you not accept Jesus because he "might" not be the truth? If he isn't, you die and have nothing to worry about! But if he is.. you'll have lots of worrying. Personally I don't want to say your going to hell, but then I wouldn't be speaking the truth on the matter. I don't know anyone personally who follows other faiths here. In real life, my friend was Muslim, very very nice guy. He would always like to teach. I mean seriously, you say hi, you'll be in a 15 minute conversation with the guy (with him doing all the talking!). You are correct but also incorrect. Its true, I have no physical evidence other than the Bible that agree's with what I have said. Infact, its where I got the information. However.. God is not a physical being. He's a spiritual being. Now let me ask you, and you can disagree. Do you believe your a spirit? Assuming you said "yes".. How can we prove that we have spirits? We can't "see" ourselfs.. but we know they are there? Back before Christ, if you told people about germs and micro organisms, they would probably say "show the proof". Well, seeing as you don't have microscopes way back then, you simpley cannot. However, you know that is what is true, even if a million people disagreed. In the same way I feel its true for Christians. Alot of people (and I do mean ALOT) ask for proof of Gods existance. They do not want to go on what they would call Blind Faith. They want evidence, they want facts. Well guess what? God is a spiritual being, and intill we get spiritual technology, that evidence is going to have to wait.. Besides, God will stick with his word, that he is only pleased by faith. However, even if you could see God, that does not mean you automatically accept Jesus. For example.. people say "If I saw God, I would accept him". Well, when Jesus was in his ministry, acting JUST like God, in every way, and the pharasee's who critized and persecuted him said "We will believe if you show us a miracle!".. And you know whats funny about it? He did miracles all the time! Everyday! People was getting healed.. sickness ran from them. People who were crippled could walk, the blind could see.. and here they are seeing this, and still saying "show us a miracle!". Infact, they got to the point where they started saying he had a devil in him and that it was the devil doing these things (yeah, good things!). And let me tell you another thing, in Revelations, in the last days.. people will have 2 signs. 1. The rapture of the church. Yup, if millions of people dissappear, hopefully that will say "yes, Gods definatly got to be real now!". So does everyone get saved? Nope! They will probably think its some new technology power to avoid accepting Jesus.. 2. Angels will be present. Yes, at one point in time during the tribulation, 3 angels will be flying, 1 preaching the word, another one is telling people do not recieve the mark of the beast. I mean, hey, if thats not enough evidence, then what is? So.. does everyone in Revelation accept Jesus now after seeing those angels and the warnings? Nope, it says their stubborn and refuse to accept God.. And this is after physically seeing 2 signs! Remember, God can show up in your living room right now and have a chat with you, but after the conversation, you still do not have to accept Jesus, you still do not have to follow God if you don't want to. The most tragic thing ever is heaven is free to everyone thanks to Jesus.. yet so many people say no. Its really not a hard decision to make. Course, those who don't believe think otherwise.. all I can say on that is, they better make 100% sure they are right on their standings.. because if christians are right.. Duke, you speak questions, not answers. Morality came into place because we are spirits. Our body cannot live without spirits. Its just meat. When you die, you are still alive, your a spirit and soul. No one should fear death, because we are all imortal. The only thing that dies is our flesh. However, even though you live, places like hell, for example, is called the second death. Do I obey God because I fear hell? No, all my sins are gone. Jesus tells me to obey him because I love him, not to obey God because I fear him. When we sin, it greifs God.. Have you ever had a really good friend.. maybe a girlfriend, and you hurt their feelings? It hurts you as well because you hurt them. You say your sorry and you apologize. Its the same way with God.. when you sin, it hurts him. Yes, God feels pain.. everyday. He also experiences joy, and has patience and long suffering. We are made in the image of God.. if we hurt, God can hurt.. if we cry, God can cry.. if we laugh, God can laugh. Were excatly like him.. except there is only 1 difference. We have freewill. Does God? Yes, but he has 100% decided and commited himself to his word. He'll never be a lier. He always has the choice to say otherwise, but he never will. Jesus was the excate thing as God was, but in the form of man.. who we percieve ourselfs with many flaws. To hear of a person to live a perfect life seems impossible. To us.. it is.. to God? It isn't. Most people have the idea of Jesus all wrong. Jesus is not a religion. Jesus is not a moral book to follow. Jesus is not a con artist to get rich. Jesus is not just a prophet. Jesus is not any other thing you think he is than what the Bible says he is. Jesus did not die so you could change who you are. Jesus died so you could have a relationship with God. To be apart of the family of God. Sounds crazy when I say it in todays times. It didn't sound so crazy a few hundred years ago, but times have changed. I believe today is the last days.. and Jesus will be returning as crazy as that seems. It seems our list of problems in todays society is bigger than the Bible, but not bigger than the Bible's Solutions. One thing satan wants us to believe is that he does not exist, hell is not a place anyone is destined. Amazing isn't it? That hell on earth exists.. but can't elsewhere? Jesus was God, comming as a man, to take away our sins. Not his sins, but ours. There is only 1 requirement to get into heaven and its free. Accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Yet, instead people are careful and watchful, that they do not offend anyone. When ones freedom is interrupted by another freedom, the once love that was in people's hearts forgave them, so unity may take place. Now.. when a freedom of another person steps into anothers freedom, hostility arises, hate and strife breed. We are not shocked due to our desenstivity. Sin wipes out love. You cannot sin while being in love. They are completely opposite. Jesus says, no matter who does what to you, love them. Or another words, never touch hate. Even if you have a reason to hate someone, do not. The term "eye for a eye" stands more today than ever. If I was to stand here today, and say Jesus is lord, and the Father is the only true God.. and every other religion is false, then I would suffer alot of persecution, being arrogant on the matter, dumb, foolish, and unwise. The reason why this action would be justified by others is simpley because I know not.. nor am special like anyone else, nor know any more than anyone else. So, ridiculing me would be okay. But what does one like myself do.. if I was right? What if it was the truth? Do I stand by quietly.. watching people live the wrong ways of life.. or do I speak up? Offending many..? ~Defender~

And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold." Mathew 24:10-12 We had morals once in a society long ago. However, with no source to back up a moral to prove its right, to prove its wrong, it only becomes ones belief, a opinion on the matter, darkness covers its true nature and act of life. People become self righteous, and try to earn the afterlife with good deeds. But heaven is a free gift. No, seeing morality topics pop up is not someone who just happens to think differently.. we have changed. The sad thing is.. we have changed so much, to reverse this step will hurt, yet we are bound to destruction. One man emailed my sister, saying how awful it was that a Christian station was on when he walked into his hotel room (she does emails). That, what had he been atheists and didn't believe in Christ? How dare we spread religious views on him. I pity the world today and tommorow and the next. I only hope everyone gains alittle wisdom to see the future of their actions, and realize what its going to cost them to continue in this way of living. ~Defender~

God IS Love. The only thing he can hate is the things that are opposite of love, which is sin. God hates not the person, just the action he or she did. These people's hate for homo's should be instead, replaced with the love of God in their hearts. Another step for satan it seems. Its sad people say this is another reason not to go into religion, when clearly the people here are practicing things not of the Bible but their own accord. If only I was a billionare.. I would get tons of food aid, set up a Defense Line of Personal Hired Miltary troops where kids can freely be safe under the protection of USA soldiers. Then, the richer I get, the further we will expand the borders of the safe zone, invite more children, save who we can.. Hey guys, i'm not really a person who follows my goals through when they are written down on a piece of paper, or when simpley added to a text file and saved somewhere. I really want to be motivated to do them but also have a goal chart thats interactive, but have little luck finding any free software that would do this on the internet. That leads my post here, in hoping someone may know of any. Basically to keep me motivated, I'll set my goals apart in 3 levels, each level is obtained through how many hours I spend on that particular area of my life. Novice - After 24 hours I will hit this level. (1 day) Expert - After 672 hours I will hit this level. (1 month) Specialist - After 1344 hours I will hit this level. (2 months) Basically what i'm trying to get is a program that will have somewhat of a chart on the left side, and a side bar on the right side. As you move the bar up or down (or type in the number of hours), the chart on the left will change. Perhaps to interactive maybe.. but still, I want something that shows my progress and easily edited. Anyone know of that kind of program? ~Defender~
