We went from the agricultural age, to the industrial age, and now to the technology age. But if you REALLY believe that your TV, or your remote control, or your computer monitor, or perhaps your mouse makes you a BETTER person in life.. then I think your judgement has been clouded. Good people have good morales. Yet in todays society, morality is not teached, just knowledge. So that leaves us with a generation of kids not knowing right from wrong. Here's a truth, everyone has a religion, whether it has a name or not, because everyone believes in something. To answer your first question, I have watched the entire video, and I know he "claims" its not a cult, but it is. Have you watched the video I posted? The "proffesionals" claim that the Jesus guy is a cult, who practice closely related to the same thing the satanists are teaching. One is a self created doctrine, the other is using the bible as a excuse to live selfishly, not to mention you'd have to be a nut to think that guy was the christ in the first place. So basically i'm ignorant because I call it a cult? Maybe you think I am ignorant because i'm just like the millions of other christians who see the word "satan" and say evil at start off? To me, its a cult because Philosophy is somehwat untested ground. If it was tested, you would know the results, and the philosophy would no longer exist. It would be a Fact or a Truth. Based on this Webster, philosophy is to find out the truth of the matter. So these guys believe that.. being selfish and greedy.. and just living for pleasure rather than for others.. is soon going to be a known as a undiscovered truth? (Look at how many live for themselfs now!) Well lets see.. if other countries were self indulging with their oil.. and said "we won't sell".. i'm sure that wouldn't hurt us.. or perhaps if the truck riders who bring new supplies to the businesses decided their going on a selfish trip for pure happiness... I wouldn't be shocked if business'es closed down? Being Selfish is a path to destruction, its been proven many times as a lesson in history. The same issue, the same result, everytime. You know, I wouldn't be suprised if they did drugs, after all they have the mentality, "if it feels good, do it". Well, what if I had the best drink in the world? It tasted so good you would give up everything you own for it? Only one tiny problem with the the drink though, and that is one of the ingredients is poison.. so if you drink it, then you die. However, the poison does not directly kill you, it kills you after a period of say.. 10 to 20 years. Would you take a drink? Now you can be smart and say "hell no!".. or you can be a satanist, indulge yourself the drink and be dead in 10 years from now. How about drug addicts? They are indulging themselfs are they not? Yet we all know its not worth it to do drugs. They can not only cost your job, but mainly your health, which reduces your life spand. Indulging, WILL reduce your life spand if you do it consistently. Just as too much water is bad for you, just as too much sex is bad for you (because you can get std's from doing 1 night stands), just as too many pills are bad, and too many of anything can and will hurt you. Its called overdose, and thats what indulging does. It doesn't just take a pleasure and stop there, it wants more and never stops till it gets it. You will have to use self control to stop, but thats not what indulging is about! Its about living for yourself and no one else! Anyone can live life for themselfs, but remember this. Love thinks of OTHERS first. So where there is selfishness, love does not exist. You can say i'm bad for calling them a cult, but anyone who says "I don't care about you, your problems, the worlds problem, i'm just gonna go do what feels good, screw you, plz be a member" has one hell of a messed up mind. If you really think these people will sacrifice their life for your life when all they can think about is their own... all I can say is wow.. keep wishing good-will and morality was in their heart.. but apparently they wasn't taught it at all, so don't be shocked when a satanist doesn't take a bullet for you, or your kids. And as for your last paragraph, if you NEED to take the emotion out to understand it, then that right there should tell you something isn't right with it. Oh wait.. let me guess.. us little christians are so wronnnnnnng for for not being open minded.. yet were suppose to believe we have the absolute truth in the bible already? People may hate me for saying this, but i'm going to say it anyway. America is only blessed because it supports God and we also support Israel, Gods chosen people. For over 200 years the rules in Education were to teach the bible, then teach morality, and then teach knowledge (in that excate order). This changed during the 1960's when God was taken out of schools, only 50 years ago. Yet look at how much trouble we have now as a nation when God is not present? I seriously believe were only existing as a nation today under the grace of God. Honestly think about it, America had NO CHANCE verse Britian. To Britian they was just a band of rebels needed to be taken out. Yet they prevailed because their goal was to set up a Government by the people, for the people, and of the people. These were christian men who did this. The very foundation of the constitution and seperation of powers, the idea came from the Bible. The founding fathers mentioned many times how that the absolute truths of the world is the word of God. Now, look how blessed America is. It is the greatest superpower in the world. All Gods blessing, not just randomly luck and a few smart men. I love that one simple statement.. "We hold these truths to be self-evident". Amazing isn't it? Gods word and its truth are SELF EVIDENT A.K.A. Obvious! Yet in todays society, by electing people who are not pro-life end up taking away all sorts of ethics from people which was set up in the first place! Such as not showing the 10 commandments or prayer in school. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! In 1690, teaching was done in catechism's. This is a FIRST GRADE book on it, till its end in 1930. It has 168 questions, but i'll list its first few. 1. Wherein consists christ humilation? 2. Wherein does christ humilation consist? 3. How are we made partakers in the redemption purchased by christ? 4. How does the spirit apply to us redemption purchased by christ? 5. What is effectual calling? Today just mentioning Christ as a teacher could get you fired. Hell.. huggin a student can get you sued! When you take out the word of God, you take out the knowledge of right and wrong, thus, it only leaves you with dry knowledge, but no morality and sense of direction, absolute truth sense of direction, not what you "believe" to be true, because how does any of us really know? Reguardless if people like it or not, America was founded apon christianity, its in the books, go do some research and America was GREATLY BLESSED because they did things the way the Bible said to do them. I'm not to sure why Russia is "worried" about spying as we can already do that with satalites. Trust me, the stuff that they show on the military channel is NOTHING compared to what we really have hidden. I am a bit curious though. Since America Defends Isreal, and their getting pounded by 100+ rockets a week, i'm suprised we haven't set up anti-missle defenses there.. they really need them bad. Here is the answer to your question. It is not a power at all, its simpley your subconcious. For example.. when I use to ride the bus home from school, I would always wake up 1 street away before actually getting off. I thought, hey thats pretty kewl.. So I looked at other people who slept on the bus but get off before me. Sure enough, they woke up just before their street came up.. I played the beta, and I didn't like it. It had a few kewl nifty features, but there was far to many people not wishing to party, which a MMORPG is about the people. Its pretty fun and okay sometimes, but overall in less you got a good machine, I would say pass this MMORPG up. It just doesn't have the content 1 would want. Also not everything is finished. Not every land is complete and you will be unable to travel there except in expansion packs (if you choose to buy 1 that is, funny huh?) Graphics aren't to great either. It feels all the same to me and the dialog is too fast pace sometimes. ~Defender~
