Oh yea, i can't wait to play in major lag!

Levels For burning?
This isn't the runescape forums where replies are made in minutes. And to answer your question, im thinking 60ish, but it doesn't really matter anyways because burning one isn't going to lose you a lot of money.

Smithing levelling
If you want to know what is the best bar, Iron gives the most xp/gp spent.

A Simple Little Idea
I think he's f2p, but i don't think that the respawn point should be set. The quest is too easy for that.

Runecrafting as a skiller
It was 2nd topic on the forum already... its not like it was near the bottom of the first page. And to answer your question you don't revive it because its already been answered.

GE is very good as well.

Bounty Hunter update?
There was no update as far as i know.

Merchanting in the Grand Exchange
You can't trade 15ea with other people, only thru GE, so no, it is not really a good idea with airs.you would have to find an item that rises/drops more.

new pay rate for air runners?
Yes they do promote it. Why else would add air/law running as part of an activity?

new pay rate for air runners?
Just wait a month or so, im sure jagex will implement something that will allow air running again.

Giving up on green dragons, reverants are too strong
Even if they drop 100 coins, its not worth it.

The Grand Exchange History
Think about this. Would you rather waste all that time needed for jagex to change your idea, or them making something better. Seriously, open a word/excel doc, its not that hard.

rare items why so low
This may be true before, but that was a long time ago. It's already been, i think 1 month since that update came out, staker's have already long sold all their rares so that is not the problem. The problem is deflation. When only a single item starts falling in price, it is not deflation, but if many items all start decreasing in price, that is deflation. Of course this is going to end very soon because of the 3k update, and you should expect rares to stay the same or decrease ever so slowly.(as fast as GE would allow)

Outlaws give 2exp each? Why?
From the tip.it bestiary
-
rare items why so low
Rares are not dropping. The gp is increasing in value.
-
Giving up on green dragons, reverants are too strong
Really? I check the bestiary, and they got nothing.

A police force a new feature to check bots.
More people will hate this than like this. I don't want to be randomly checked, even though it iis just 1 time per hour. It will be very annoying to real players

Giving up on green dragons, reverants are too strong
The problem is that before if you saw a pker, you could stay and fight. After the fight if you lost, you knew you came out trying. If you won, good job, now you have some items. With revenants, they have no drops, meaning fighting them is useless, therefore your only option is to run. If you do decide to fight, you'll probably lose a lot of hp, prayer, and food. Aka, wasting money.

A solution for runners etc..*Now trading limit suggestion*
It's called air running. This will help a few certain skills and not some. So what? Have all the past updates helped ALL the skills? Clearly you are not an experienced player.

A solution for runners etc..*Now trading limit suggestion*
may not be the fastest, but its secure, and much better than the 12-15 trades f2p can get.

Smithing Question.
It has to do with items in demand and hi-alch prices. Most items will only fall 200 under the hi-alch price, otherwise, people would just alch them instead of selling them. Let's take a look at all items with anaylsis: Rune bars lets say are 14k Dagger: Hi-alch:4800 Cost using rune bars:14000 Market/Ge price-4700 Monster drops:many Due to the super low demand, this item will hang around the hi-alch price. Mace hi-alch:8640 Cost using rune bars:14000 Market/Ge price-9100 Most drops:7 Another low demand item, meaning this follows the hi-alch price. Med helm hi-alch:11520 Cost using rune bars=14000 Market/Ge price-12100 Monster drops:Quite a few Low demand. Follows the hi-alch price. Sword: Hi-alch-12480 Cost using rune bars=14000 Market/Ge price-13500 Monster drops:1(really?) Very very low demand, follows hi-alch price.(the ge price was probably originally set at 13500 and probably never changed because no one was buying/selling) Scimmy Hi-alch:15360 Cost using rune bars:28k market/ge price:20500 Monster drops: Quite a few Although this item is still very hot for f2p because it the best wep in the game, there are other factors for its relatively low price. Because there are so many circulating out there, and with more pumping in each day, the supply is growing, which means the price will generally stay. Long sword hi-alch:19200 Cost using rune bars:28000 Market/Ge price-20000 Monster drops:Some Low demand item. Follows hi-alch Full helm hi-alch:21120 Cost using rune bars:28000 Market/Ge price-23200 Mosnter drops:Some Some to little demand, but lots of people who can smith this and also the monster drops will make the supply more than enough to make it follow the hi-alch price. Square Shield hi-alch:23040 Cost using rune bars:28000 Market/Ge price:24800 Monster drops:Quite a few Not too much demand, will follow hi-alch price. Warhammer hi-alch:24900 Cost using rune bars:42000 Market/Ge price:29000 Monster drops:Some Theres no demand, but there's not much supply. Will be a little above hi-alch price. Battleaxe hi-alch:24960 Cost using rune bars:42000 Market price:27500 Monster drops:Quite a few Tiny market. Usually follows hi-alch price. Chainbody hi-alch:30000 Cost using rune bars:42000 Market price:34700 Monster drops:Some Not a big market, usually follows hi-alch price. Kiteshield hi-alch:26640 Cost using rune bars:42000 Market price:38000 Monster drops:Quite a few The supply of this isn't really that high and the monsters that drop this are pretty high lvled. This seems like its more follwing the rune bar price, but is a little lower because some of the supply is from people getting monster drops and bounty, who want to get rid of quickly. 2h hi-alch:38400 Cost using rune bars:42000 Market price:43700 Monster drops:Some High in demand for f2p. The fact that you can only get this thru player smith or monster drops, the supply is low, meaning smithers make up most of the supply, therefore price will follow rune bars. Platelegs Hi-alch:38400 Cost using rune bars:42000 Market/Ge price:42800 Monster drops:5 Same as 2h's Platebody Hi-alch:39000 Cost using rune bars:70000 Market/ge price:45000 Monster drops:6 Don't really understand why it is this price. Conclusion:kitesheild, platelegs, and 2h all follow the bar price because of little monster drops, the need for 99 to make, and the fact that the 2h cannot be bought at a store. As to your second question It cannot be changed because most of the weapons that are not in line with the bar prices have something that needs the same req, but is more powerful than that, meaning that the item is pretty much not used. Hope this helps.

LOL thanks for pointing that out. The max payment will have a limit
