  1. Ok thx. But i still would like to see all of the possible safe spots and choose the best out of all of them.
  2. I remember there was/were good guides on it, but with the rollback and my lack of time, i cannot seem to find any of them. Can someone give me the link because i need to know where the safe spots are. Also, do you guys think that will will be able to defeat an ice giant with ~12 fire strikes, my mage lvl is 97. Thx.
  3. Hmm, intersting idea, i like the percentages part, but one thing i don't like is the percentage of playing time. Autoers can be left on for days, which means that category for them is always at least 90% if not very close to 100%.
  4. That's fine, but the time taken to process 3 (let's say blue) partyhats would take at a rate of 30K per 15 minutes, or 120K an hour. 380,000,000 x 3 = 1,140,000,000 coins. That's 9500 hours. I don't think I need to calculate any more to tell you that there's better ways to transfer than this. True, but 120k an hour is a lot. It's like daily income. Plus you don't have to be logged in, so the time is shorter. True it's a looooong time to wait, but the cash keeps flowing in. Think about it. It's like those lotteries "Win $10000 a week FOR LIFE". First of all, let me say that you should only be able to take 1 at a time. Even if someone were to transfer a 3m item at 3k per 15 min(more realistic) It would take ~250 hours. If it were to do that anytime, you could have 3m in 10 days, instead, it should be GAME TIME. Also, you should have the computer choose a random item from the pile for you (not bones or coins), and the one chosen MUST be put in the ONE slot you have, and he must choose one of the settings. (if there is only bones and coins, it will return the message "Sorry, nothing to loot") Now you may be saying "What if they only have 1 item"? That's why i propose we have a sucuss rate (15-20% maybe) as well, this means that you will not get something everytime. If you don't get something, the ONE slot you have will be locked, for maybe 2 days, and during that time you cannot loot. I think with those, RWT will be more slim.
  5. I guess he could be saying that there are places in p2p that have ample number of yews in one place that 65 would be a decent lvl to get you more yews that f2p. I know that f2p has 3 trees max in one area. Im not p2p, but im taking a guess.
  6. But if you get the luxary car, you can pull up to 12 cars... thats 1800... aka too many. If you made a limit of maybe 2-3 cars of the same type that would be better. The only problem with this is that because you need such engineering and smithing to make a car, only a small portion of rs can use it, and most of those people are members, meaning they don't need to use this.
  7. They probably did it on purpose. The harder and longer the skill takes to lvl to 99, people will still have a goal, therefore continue to pay for that membership.
  8. LOl just remembered that newbies cant even use trains because you need like 70+ enginering and 60+ smithing to build a car. Yes, becaues if it goes to skilling places, it would upset the economy. That's not my point. The point is that just because you think that it gives bad xp/ amount paid doesn't mean that people won't buy it. Addy is still bought by many people and there is a market for them. Hmm your probably right on this. There are tons of f2p who have no mage and low level smithing and engineering.
  9. You only get points for summouning then. You don't get any points for fighting along side it.
  10. I think you just want to get to 99 faster. It's fine as it is.
  11. That's why people powermine there. They do it for the xp, they don't care about banking it. They also go there because it's not crowded. Better places for that. Im fine with you doing this as long as THEY DO NOT GO TO ANY SKILLING PLACE, only to cities Uhhhh yes they do buy it. I know a lot of friends that superheat addy. What newbie is going to know how to understand how to use this train system? I doubt you'll recieve more than 1 customer per month.
  12. Large but useless mine there. 2 Clay, 2 Tin, 5 Copper, 6 Iron, 2 Gold. This doesn't make sense to what you have in your first post. It says that when you put stuff in like a bank, but right now you say that you can't put anything in... Also you said that in a hopper car it can hold up to 250 ores and here you say it can hold up to 2 billion coal? Which one is it? OK. You might as well add a "tele to the rune rocks in wildy" There's a reason why there's no bank next to the mine or a tele spell to it. Getting high lvl resources isn't supposed to be easy. Otherwise, they would have just added a bank right next to every yew, every addy rock, every rune rock etc... You've now lost my support.
  13. No one goes to rimmington because, well, there's nothing there. But i see plenty of people mining in lumby west mine. There's a decent amount of addy and mith rocks there, so yes, there are a lot of people. Plus, there's a bank about 1 minute north of it. it would be more of a hastle to load your train up with ores, get ready to start, make sure no one else is using the track, then have na 8 sec delay, then get off, then withdraw your ores, then run from the train station to the bank, then bank, then go back. Actually, thinking about it now, i don't see how trains will improve your skilling. Teleing and using enchanted jewelery is much faster. And prices have not really been rising. The only significant rise was yews, but because of the GE, they are rapidly dropping back to 300ea.
  14. WOW: you must be really new. Smithing is one of the worst ways to make fast money.
  15. There are a couple, 2 or 3, oaks a little west of varrock west bank. Try there.
  16. Actually, it won't give you motivation at all. Like i said, adding trains makes getting raw materials too easy. LIke someone said before, they're far away from the bank for a reason. My suggestion: Make it so that the more clogged your thing is, the less xp you earn. Xp will be based on how quickly you can get from 1 station to another, so if you leave it clogged, then it will slow you down, therefore you earn less xp. -you forgot to comment on this
  17. So there's going to be a train station ending at every place where you can get raw materials? That would mean getting raw materials would be too easy, therefore dropping the price of raw materials would plummet. Change it so that it only goes to cities.(not remote places where you gather raw materials) And What happens when you have too many ashes and you get clogged? Will it just slow you down? Will it use up more fuel? What about if you run out of fuel, where will your train go? You can't just leave it there. My suggestion: Make it so that the more clogged your thing is, the less xp you earn. Xp will be based on how quickly you can get from 1 station to another, so if you leave it clogged, then it will slow you down, therefore you earn less xp. Also, instead of having it run out of feul during the middle, make it so that it checks that you have enough supplies ON BOARD, so that you never run out. Also What if your a bounty hunter that needs to travel from lumby to edge to get to bh. You get to the station only to realize you need to wait for that train to get at least partially to edge before it goes. You wait and wait, but you still don't know what's going on. You're waiting on a train but somehow it won't leave. REASON: It's because the train that just left got a random event 3 seconds into their journey and they can't complete it! Suggestion: Get rid of random events, they will cause a mess like this.
  18. Thats why jagex wants you to go to p2p. You get enegery pots, you can train agility to make it regenerate faster. Go to p2p Your lucky you even have a run button. A while ago in rsc, there was no run button and you had to walk everywhere, wat a pain.
  19. lol And rockstar, what's up with all these suggestion to make rs more "real". I think this idea is useless, if you did this, then energy pots would be no use because cooking is easier to lvl up.
  20. Good idea, but... I think there should be No xp given(cause your not actually firemaking) the fire can only "hold" up to about 10 logs, then there will be a message that says: "The fire is already full of logs, wait a few minutes before re-adding" Other than that, this seems like a decent suggestion.
  21. Something to consider: First of all, this would be too hard to display . RS is based on "squares" You can only walk horizontally and vertically. Ex, A.B C.D Say you are in spot A and you want to go to D, the only way possible is to first enter B or C. So bascially im saying that you would need to have it so that trains cannot turn. Suggestion:Cut half those cities off and make it so that only cities that are abled to be traveled in a straight line can do this. Or Make the trains underground and get rid of the jump option. Second of all: Why would you need a car to hold all your raw materials? Why would you want to move 5 iron ores from varrock to fally? Just go to the bank to withdraw, that's why we have a universal bank. That means there's no need for those cars to transport raw materials. Next: Trains don't fit the theme of RS. Over 80% of the people here think this. If you were to ask the whole population of RS + the jagex staff, they would say this as well. So what im saying is that overall, people don't really think this is going to work. Then: If you are only going to lay 1 track(per direction), wouldn't you have to wait for that one car to complete its journey before you can start your journey? If your consider a long-haul route you would have to wait quite a while. It's going to be awfully slow training this skill. Suggestion: Make an area with multiple tracks(somewhere where nobody goes, or make on that just goes underneath the ocean) where people can practice for purely xp. Im thinking about 5-6 tracks, that should be enough. Finally: The graphical part + train speed. How fast would the trains go? 2 squares per second? 3 squares? 4? You said that you wanted people to see what was happening outside at that certain time. That is going to be very very hard for someone to create. And what about if your on the outside looking at a train. It's going to be very werid. The train is going to move 4-5 squaures, then lag for a bit, then move again. The graphical part is the most troublesome part and the only way to get rid of this is if you make it underground.
  22. Oh yea, i can't wait until you use actually start to use your brain. Even if your not the one changing camera angles, other people will, therefore lagging up the server.

    Yes there is, rimmington.
  24. If your using a cast spell, its not possible to break even unless.... You go to lessers demon at karajama and go thru wall(if you have done dragon slayer), and you get constant med drops from the lessers. Other than that your only going to recieve 1-10% back of what you spent.
  25. Your suggestions are pretty much changing the game. My suggestion: GO MAKE YOUR OWN GAME.
