It doesn't take very long to get set up for barb probably less than a minute to grab everything you need and head to the spot.

Blitzer or Blazer?
Blazer also uses fewer runes, so you don't have to loot as much.

There should be a sticky with the answers to all the stupid questions we get: How do I make money? Just came back, what do I do? Where should I train combat?

Bandos - GWD Slaughter Part I
Bandos - GWD Slaughter Part I General Graardor (and his minions) - Coinshare Time and Date Date: Saturday, June 9th Time: EDT (UTC-4 hours): Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 4:00:00 PM CDT (UTC-5 hours): Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 3:00:00 PM MDT (UTC-6 hours): Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 2:00:00 PM BST (UTC+1 hour): Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 9:00:00 PM CEST (UTC+2 hours): Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 10:00:00 PM EEST (UTC+3 hours): Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 11:00:00 PM WST (UTC+8 hours): Sunday, June 10, 2012 at 4:00:00 AM CST (UTC+9:30 hours): Sunday, June 10, 2012 at 5:30:00 AM EST (UTC+10 hours): Sunday, June 10, 2012 at 6:00:00 AM World: Announced at the time of the event Friends chat: TMHT Mere Co-hosts: Sylvette Server and Location We will meet outside the Bandos boss room within the God wars dungeon. You will need 40 Bandos killcount to enter the boss room, so be sure to plan time to do this before the event is scheduled to begin. Killcount can be had on low level monsters such as goblins. See the tip.it Bandos guide for more information. Coinshare will be enabled for the whole event. General Graardor Graardor is one of the highest level monsters in the God Wars dungeon, and should not be underestimated. He will focus on one target and attack them with melee and range, so at least one of these attacks should be blocked by a protect prayer. See his bestiary entry for more information. There will be TMHT members at the event who are prepared to act as the 'tank' so it is advised to let them engage Graardor first. All other players in the room will come under attack from Graardor's Ranged attack, so it is suggested to use Protect from Range while he is alive. After Graardor has been killed, the minions should be finished off in this order; Sergeant Steelwill (while praying magic), Sergeant Grimspike (praying range), and finally Sergeant Strongstack (praying melee). Those unfamiliar with the mechanics of the God Wars dungeon may wish to read this guide: God Wars Dungeon Inventory & Equipment All set-ups should either bring a Beast of burden (such as a Pack yak/War tortoise/Spirit Terrorbird) carrying brews and restores (or food) OR use a healing familiar such as a Unicorn stallion or Elemental titan. Overloads can be downgraded to the appropriate boosting potions for your style, however, if not using overloads it is recommended to use Rocktails/Sharks and Prayer potions instead of Saradomin brews and Super restores. Melee users should use Protect from Range while the boss and minions are alive. Other high defence melee armour can be used as a replacement for Bandos. The Void set-up is for those who are confident in their healing options and/or soul split flashing. See the tip.it Bandos Stronghold guide for more information on tactics and set-ups Requirements 70+ Strength. 60 Agility OR 60 Strength. A Bandos item and a Zamorakian Item (Bandos Boots/Ancient Mace and a Zamorakian Arrow recommended). High combat skills will be beneficial. Friends Chat Ranks The Main host will be the Chat owner, or will have a Gold Star in the chat. Silver stars are CO HOSTS. Bronze Stars are other TMHT members. Please note all three of these ranks will have the ability to kick members from chats, should we need to. Players who wish to join the hunt can post on this thread, PM the host ingame, or join the chat before the event :) everyone will be added for coinshare so don't worry! If you need assistance, feel free to Private message a Host/Co-host, or ask in the chat. All leaders are happy to help you with gear choices and inventory setups, should you be unsure of what to bring.

Dung Binds Question
Range is really weak in dg. The only reason why people use hexes is because of the effect the raw dps is actually very low. On top of that, there are only a few monsters weak to range that aren't also weak to melee (bats).

Power Tree chopping
Oh. Don't bother with it, then.

I used to feed my hedgehog dead crickets. They come in a can and smell really bad, but they aren't noisy at all.

GreenFingers not working???
The examine says that it "prevents crops from disease". That sounds like it 100% protects it. Otherwise they would've said "helps protect" or something. But this is purely based on assumptions, and this is Jagex we're dealing with.

How does this help me with farming?
I wouldn't think so, but you can keep that data separate just in case.

Few areas I need some help with
I don't know how much you know, so I'll just tell you everything. Please don't think I'm being condescending, I'm just trying to help. Construction: First, you'll want to buy some planks and nails off the grand exchange. Each plank gives 33 xp and costs 312 gp. You'll also need around 2 nails per plank, though you can always buy/sell them as necessary. Next, purchase a house from an estate agent (there are several across RuneScape Varrock, Falador, Seer's Village), and go to the house portal in Rimmington. When you do, click where it says something along the lines of "enter house in building mode". Right click one of the white, ghostly-looking doors and build a parlour (costs 1000 gp iirc). Start building the best chair you can until you get to 22 construction, then build a dining room and start building oak dining tables. Each table uses 4 oak planks, so make sure you go to the grand exchange and get them (you won't need nails anymore). At 33 construction, build a kitchen and make oak larders (8 oak planks each). Keep building oak larders until you reach your goal. To clarify, when I say make, I mean right click the hotspot, select build, build the desired object, and remove it. The best way to bank is to have a butler withdraw planks from your bank. You need 2 bedrooms to purchase a butler. You can purchase a butler from the servant's guild in northern Ardougne. Hunter: I'm not sure if this is the best at low levels, but hunting swamp lizards (requires 29 hunter) found outside of Canifis should be good. You need a rope and a net to set up a trap. When a lizard is caught, you can release it immediately, or wait till your inventory is full and bank them. At 47 hunter, you'll want to move to the area north of Nardah and hunt orange salamanders. The process is similar to swamp lizards, except these aren't worth keeping. At 59, move to red salamanders (near the zmi altar). Wear desert camo for the orange salamanders. Camo doesn't affect the other two (despite what some people believe). Remember that you can set up more than one trap at a time. Summoning: The gist of summoning is that monsters drop gold, green, crimson, and blue charms. These are combined with shards (cost 25 gp at any summoning store), a blank pouch (1 gp at any summoning store), and a secondary ingredient (usually purchased from the grand exchange) to make powerful familiars. Some familiars help you hold extra items, some help in combat, some heal you, and some help you skill. There really aren't any useful ones at low levels, though. You can use the tables in the official Tip.It guide to see what each pouch requires. The best way to gather charms is just through normal slaying. Farming: You know the basics of this skill I guess, so I won't say too much. Most profit comes from farming snapdragon or torstol herbs. Fruit and regular trees are expensive and are mostly done for xp. Don't stand around while waiting for a plant to grow. Go do something else and come back when it's done (Tip.It has good estimations on their site). Herblore: Generally, make the cheapest potion that gives good xp. Grimy Bunyip has a good spreadsheet on the gp/xp of herblore: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AldEhLOK6ejJdGxma1R3NlNOS1F2UEpMNUY4MU11Rmc#gid=0 Basically, you want to make a potion with a low number in the gp/xp column. Only look at the section near the bottom called Unfinished -> Potions. Negative numbers mean you lose money, so try to make ones that are around -4 to -8 gp/xp.

Slaying Grotworms
It costs 20 gp to tan royal dhide. Royal leather is worth 900 gp more than royal dhide. So that's ~880 gp profit. That doesn't seem worth it unless you have a lot of hides.

Improving KPH at glacors
I don't have much experience with glacors, but I know that luring takes up a lot of time (since it means using crappy spawns and wasting time moving around).

Range training?
Chinchompas are the best range xp the second you can wield them (level 55). It's costly, but also much faster than any other method, so you can make money in the time you save.

Power Tree chopping
Teaks would be the best (you lose xp/hour at pines because you can't split).

Chaos Tunnel Waterfiends
The void bonus is applied before strength bonus, so what you said is slightly misleading (you implied that the strength bonus gets multiplied by 1.1).

How does this help me with farming?
That is the number OP would've found had he done the googling, and pops up consistently when doing so. If you know of a data set that will help give better numbers, feel free to help out? I google'd it a bit, according to runewiki the 10% comes from a jmod post from 2006. Given jagex's track record with percent bonuses (void range, slayer helm), it's probably pretty safe to assume it's not accurate. I'm interested enough to take a potential hit to my herb run profits...I'll drop the secateurs for a few 100 seeds. Keep track of the distribution of the herbs. Like 5 herbs from patch 1, 7 from patch 2, 6 from patch 3, etc. Don't count double herbs from juju/gf.

GreenFingers not working???
I'm pretty sure it prevents disease while active. There isn't anything else it could do.

Restructure of Smithing
I always thought the best way to fix smithing would be to have all pieces of armor unlocked at a certain level. In other words, you'd be able to smith all pieces of rune at 40 smithing. It would open up a lot of space that Jagex could do a lot with - armor customization (adding defensive/offensive buffs), smithable lp boosting armor, etc. It'd take a lot of balancing, but it should've been like that in the first place.

Future Update Discussions
Can't say I like how the new bandos looks. I'm excited for everything else, though.
