Are they really that cheap now? Last I heard, they were like 1b.

You can use the bbcodes here on tipit to get an idea of what your equipment tab would look like. Another option would be to use the equipment builder on runehq, but it's outdated. There is nowhere where you can see what your character would actually look like though.

I feel like the majority of people who hate bots are the ones who like being really inefficient. Anyone who knows what they're doing wouldn't be hurt by chin/dragon/flax/whatever bots. If anything they benefit from cheap range/craft/fletching xp. The only problem comes from things like frost and nech bots. They make those things less efficient, but it doesn't really matter, cuz then you can just do something more efficient. I'll only be worried when you can't do anything without being interrupted by bots.

Ideally you'll get 95 prayer and 45 defense before you start dg. A hood and ss/turm will be invaluable. Your primary bind would be primal battleaxe>prom 2h>gorg 2h>kat 2h. If you're stopping before 70, your main bind should be an empowered fire staff (celestial catalytic staff if you do slower floors). Keep in mind that you will pretty much be a leech unless you have a pba or prom 2h. Don't bind a maul. Your secondary bind would be a hood. It's inferior to a prim/prom plate in fast floors, but you're only 45 def so it's your best option. If you stay 1 def, you should bind an efs/ccs if it's not your first bind. Your third bind is pretty much limited to a blood necklace. Efs/ccs if you don't have one bound by then.

Piety is a great investment. I can't look up the prices atm, but its usually 10-20m for a massive increase in dps. Rapier is also worth it. It's around 20% (iirc, can't calc it right now cuz I'm on my phone) better than a whip and takes 0 time to get (assuming your goal is max/comp cape). Slayer is the best way to train combats. Not only is it decent xp/hour, but the charms and effigies are good. Furthermore, it's better to start slayer early, rather than being 138 cb and 70 slayer.

He's much closer to a uni than to turm, so it's better if he spends the money on 88 summ now and gets the immediate gp/hr increase. If he decided to go for turm first, he'd spend a lot of time without either of them.

A note on greenfingers: It's best to activate it at 5, 25, or 45 minutes past the hour. This allows the first stage to be fully protected from disease while still providing the bonus yield.

Getting a rapier would be a much better option.

Last I checked, the opportunity cost of fellstalk was around 20 gp/xp, so some people may find it (financially) worth it. Although the small amount of xp makes it almost irrelevant. Furthermore, the OP could just do his 6 papayas every day and get 99 farming before he makes (with time to spare).

You should buy Bandos before you unlock turmoil and extremes. Then you sell it to afford them. Owning Bandos is much, much better than having 25m in cash. If you get bored halfway through a slayer task, how come you want to camp a monster? That seems counterintuitive.
