Defender..in all stores, it is required by law that the cashier inform the parents if the game is above an M rating..and not to sell it to the kid without the parent's permission. The ESRB does it's job by putting the rating and content descriptors on the back and front..in a white box that seems to be the focal point of the case! It is the PARENTS job to make sure the kid is responsible and 'ok' enough to play the game. So..if a kid gets ahold of Manhunt, and goes on a killing spree..who's fault is it? ESRB? No, they clearly said the game was rated m for mature audiences (mind you, they have a board near every game distributor..and commercials for the website)..and said why it was rated 17+. Gaming Company? No, they sent it into the ESRB to be rated. Store? No, they warned the parent about the rating. Parent? YES. They knew everything about the game, yet they let the child play it. I say, allow video games of any caliber. People of the appropriate audience shouldn't be stopped from playing games because some kid's parent's are too ignorant and let him play 'Killing Spree: This time, he has a chainsaw 2: Return of the Butcher'.

If I'm going to be sure that 30% of 360s are breaking down..I need more than an estimate from 100 xboxes. Give me a report of at least 1000 xboxes..that makes 30% 300, at which I can maybe believe the fact that 30% are bugged. 300 is a much larger number than 30. Until then, yes..I can and I will argue it. Yes..it seems like I'm just throwing out random crap..but if I'm going to believe you, I want big numbers. My neighbor bought a Ps3 at launch..it barely turned on after the first 2 hours of gameplay. Sony has yet to fix problems like this. 4. Of about the 14 people I know with a 360..one has had major problems. Microsoft sent him $400 in return..he now has a fully-functional 360. 5. I don't care if I spelled bl00-raye wrong or not. All of the advertisements and interviews I have seen seem to be bragging about how the 'Cell PRocessor is a very powerful engine' and how 'Bloo-rai makes games look better than any other console'. Yet, the bleucheese-rey games have yet to impress me..and as far as I know, the cell processor hasn't been used to it's full potential. If it has, then sony is pathetic. 6. Of course it isn't opinion, it's fact :wink: 7. I'll see the Ps3's 'superior*cough*' graphics whenever the games are released..not in a trailer.

I say, let it go as an AO title. Most gamers are between 18 and 25 anyways. Not only is it a creative game with a good plot (If I'm right, a sadistic madman named 'the director' is forcing you to kill gang members in very gruesome ways for your own survival)..but it is a chance for Rockstar and other companies to say 'Hey, we don't care that it's rated AO..it's still a great, creative game and we want adult gamers to experience it in full.' If that won't work..I say create both an AO version and a cut-down M version. That way gamers of the right age can still experience the game the way it was meant to be..and the rest of us can still see the game. But..overall..you know what ticks me off? I've picked up a good 5 or 6 games and saw the infamous AO..yet I have never saw a MOVIE with the NC-17 rating (which I'm starting to wonder if it is just there to make the ratings systems look similar).

So far, I say 360 is best. The Wii is great so far, but most of the games that are going to make it 'great' aren't coming out until later this year or next year. I would put it right up with the 360..but I just don't like some of the games out for it (except for Zelda and Trauma Center). The Ps3 is just garbage..there's what...1 or 2 good games for it? As for the 0mgz02z w3 h4v3 0bl1v10n factor..the 360 has had Oblivion for much longer..as well as downloadable content the ps3 version doesn't have. Not to mention the bugs/errors/hardware problems that still haven't been acknowledged by Sony..at least Microsoft actually fixed the 360. And the ps3 relies on Blue-ray to attract customers. The 360, so far..has the best online service, the best graphics (considering it and the ps3's are pretty much the same)..it also has the greatest range of games so far (Oblivion...Gears...among others)..not to mention that the future looks bright also.

Fried Baloney. Get a skillet. Yes, skillet. 4 slices of baloney..whatever kind you want. Now..heat the stove to medium setting or whatever..I do halfway between medium and high. Now...put all 4 in the skillet. NOT on top of each other. Now put a slice using the spatula from the center of each slice outwards. let it heat up. Press on it with the spatula occasionally. Flip it over..if it looks good enough (little brown/black, not too much)..flip it. let the other side cook for 2 minutes or so..and remove. You know how to make a sandwich, I'm sure.

Personally, I don't want a democratic president. I think we've gone a bit far on the war..but Bush did go on to do what he said he would. My best Character is Samus. She's fast..and you can make good use of her up+b (Screw Attack). What I like to do is se her B attack (Charge beam)...once it get's fully charged, it kind of 'holds back'..as you can tell by the blinky thing in front of your cannon. I've tricked a great many people by just jumping behind them, using screw attack, use the grab, throwing them forward..then launching the beam when they get back up :P

I'll admit to only being 14. But my parents know I am responsible enough to handle M rated games like GTA: Vice City and MGS 3. I never would have ever played Manhunt 2 anyways. But I find it rediculous that the so-called 'root of evil' in this country is Video Games -.- So, a disgruntled, nearly insane student kills 33 people including himself, and injures even more? Well, he's played Counter-Strike..it's Counter Strike's fault! So 2 underage, 'special', and easily-influenced kids go out with rifles and take aim at the highway, killing 3? Well, they had a PS2 and had rented GTA3...it's rockstar's fault!!

My advice? Whenever you get home from school or whatever, do something. Play a game. Do ANYTHING to get your mind off of the exam. But don't forget to study. Whenever you're calm, relaxed, and not in a rush..THEN open the book and study. Listen to music, also..a study says people concentrate harder when they listen to music while studying. Whenever you're done studying..go relax. Study some more. Relax. Never study for more than 1 hour at a time..take a break every 10-30 minutes. Hey, works for me =\
