Then again, as was said earlier, a lot of those sales were resold consoles. I know of about 3 people who have had problems..two were fried completely. and the other we had to take apart and fix the problem. It was a simple error that could have easily been fixed with another 2 days or so of delay -.- and there's also another thing..yes, the ps2 was the greatest console of last gen. Yes, the xbox was kind of a me-too console...yes, the gamecube failed..but hey, Microsoft and nintendo learned from last gen..now they have some of the greatest consoles I've ever seen. Sony? In my opinion, they just made a 3rd Ps2..except buggier, and it won't play Ps2 games :notalk:

The first game I played was probably Streets of Rage or Joust on the Sega Genesis in 1995 maybe..not too sure, but I was real young. Whenever it came out, I got a N64 with Donkey Kong 64 and a couple of other games..I've been addicted since then :-w

WELL... I would suggest looking at the discs. If all of them are scratched up, then it's the discs. If there are a LOT of discs you tried, and they're all scratched..I would invest in a disc cleaner. It refurbishes your discs and makes them new..in a way. Works like magic. If the discs aren't messed up, then borrow a friend's disc..see if it works. If not, then I would say to try and contact sony..allthough by the time that's over, it'd be cheaper just to shell out $80 for a new ps2 :-k

Even if the army of 1000 is going to kill millions, that still doen't justify killing them. Unless of course they're attacking you. Then again, it's just a question of your ethics. I know that. But if you had the opportunity to do so, would you save 1,000,000..or spare 1,000? Technically, once you're faced with the decision to choose that..if you don't interfere, you're responsible for the deaths of the 1,000,000 people instead of the 1,000 that killed them.

It depends. When I recieve the money, will the government be informed of my actions? Who am I going to kill with this new technology? For example..if I'm killing 1,000 evil dictators plotting to take over the world, then that's entirely different than 1,000 innocent people in some rural town. For what cause am I creating the bomb? Where is the $25,000,000 coming from? There are a lot of factors. In most cases, I'd say no..a life is worth much more than $25 million. But, say..I was killing an army of 1,000 bent on killing millions at a later date, then yes..I would kill 1,000 evil men to save Millions of innocents. It depends.

*sigh* Here goes again. *waves hand magically* You don't want any other games at the moment..you want Call of Duty 3 :-s Yay for the force! -- I say, rent it and see if you like it. In the past..I've played HP games and hated them. I'd rent first if I were you.

I saw it the first day..I've never been a big fan of transformers, but the movie makes me want to go watch the cartoons now :? It's one of the better movies I've ever seen..then again, I've never watched that many movies. But yeah, this movie has 'Sequel' written all over it. I've heard rumours that they're developing another game similar to RS... anyone got any solid info' on this? No, but at one time on the website they had a job offer for a designer or animator or something. They said that an interest in Sci-Fi would be recommended for the job. Word spread that a new MMO was coming..so Jagex took off the offer immediately after finding a guy.

Probably red or yellow. Yellow had a little more stuff..but red was yellow WITHOUT the stupid pikachu. Other than the original 3, I'd have to say Silver. RBY were the greatest of the series. Then silver and gold and eventually crystal came around..they were good..that's when it went terrible, when Ruby and Sapphire hit..I hated those 2 and the rest from then on. :evil: So my answer's Pokemon Red. It's too bad I never beat silver or yellow. Back then, I was focused on using my best pokemon..so I had a level 86 Typhlosion, 45 Gyrados, and the rest were like..in their 20s :oops: :-w

Only reason I say I dont like the newer ones is kind of obvious. We have 8 board-game based mario games with thousands of minigames (Mario parties 1-8)..2 mario tennis games..I heard about a mario football game..3 mario racing games..and dozens of different platforming games. I mean, the original games and some of the newer ones are good..but why throw the name all over the place? Sure, Mario Kart and mario parties 1-3 were good..but the concept has kind of been overused. That's just my opinion though.

Mmhm. The last good game that wa soriginal was super mario sunshine. The rest are kind of gimmicky games that rely on the console's special features..and I hate it. The originals and the GBA games were great..but as soon as the cube and DS came...

Depends. As for around here..a good, cooked, tender, juicy hen with some nice hot tea and homemade rolls...yum. Now I'm hungry :cry: As for chinese, prolly beef chop suey :P

Why buy an iPhone..to get on the internet or use some of the features it has proclaimed, you probably have to go and pay extra to get on it or do that..such as me havng to pay a few cents a minute for internet on the phone...which I'd never use -.- At the end of the day, I'd just assume to go and have a desktop pc or laptop, a normal phone, an be happpy. In the end, you still have most of the features on a larger scale and at a faster speed.

Portal Runner..as of now. :wall: How in the heck are you supposed to play this game?! You can barely move..the attacking is terrible...in the past, I said Shrek: Fairy Tale Freakdown was terrible. Portal runner makes Shrek: FTF about as appealing to play as Gears of War.

Probably Sanibel Island, FL..I live waaayyy over here in KY..but the biannual trip we make to go there sometimes is always one of the best times of the year..I love it there.

I haven't got a 360 yet..but..how comon are these errors, like the disc scratching. Are the scratches just very light, or are they big huge deep gouges :? And..what exactly is the red ring of death? I heard it once before, but I've forgotten since then.

I'd probably put it towards a 360 elite...then if I sell the old xbox I got around $400..then I'll have a few non-back compatable games to trade in...
