I only appreciate a certain kind of sarcasm. Not the "oh that's such a good idea" or anything obvious like that. I prefer the type of sarcasm where its not immediately clear you're being sarcastic at all. Dammit. I would totally do that... anyways... Once I realise I'd been japed out of the cheese, I run back up to you and tackle you to the ground, undoing my previous "helping you up" bit. This knocks the cheese loose which I then scamper away with.

I am well aware of that, which is why I clarified thusly: I would rather get a brand new one since my current one is so terrible I can't imagine how it could be any worse.
