  1. The title is a bit deceptive. Unless you use Verac's set, anything below 90 atk isn't going to do you much good on just about every melee brother.
  2. I personally believe that tip it is a very small slice compared to the whole rs population. EDIT: That's why the melee spot I occasionally use still works quite well.
  3. How often do you get what at which firemaking level? What firemaking level do I need before shades are really profitable?
  4. Knives/darts on people with no defense. On those with def, the fastest thing that you can hit well with.

  6. There is one constant one in the fourties and one in the sixties that are decent. Shows you how bad my memory is.

  9. It does both, that's why range is quite powerful at mid levels (in terms of combat).
  10. It all depends on your mage level compared to his mage and def level. Better mage bonuses on you or worse on him mean that he is more likely to be bound. There is no always/never point.
  11. Drop your pouches (four hours work) starting from largest then your glory (ten-twenty minutes work). I won't guarentee anything, but since I need nats anyways, I might vid it if I can.

  13. what for there bones and hides ? Some people find it faster to take both, some to take only bones. For your level, I'd say take both.
  14. Have you considered green dragons? 250k +/- per hour.
  15. Wait your saying it hit you for 30? hm ive been down there and killed 50+ most without protect from melee and the max hit is 21 and none of my friends have seen higher.. :shame: I mistype and you jump down my throat? 20. Are you happy now?

  17. Someone told me to go dharok the mole once. It worked until the darn thing 20-ed [Typo fixed.] me. (I wasn't praying for melee.) None of us found my death pile, so that was like 100k lost, after which I decided that dharok wasn't meant for things that hit that high. I would also like to add that you can range it, there are some safe spots along the wall that someone showed me. Range also means less catching up it seems.

  19. Well, d sq is more for looks/showing off than anything else. I'd say go for a compromise. Start out on the second set, but save up for a whip eventually. Rune boots and obby cape you can live without, use climbing and legends instead.

  22. I've seen people doing that with p-pots. Bit of a waste if you ask me, because the abyssers are rarely skillful enough to both tb and tangle you before you're already gone. Just take teles. As for Jangerberry, you're going to need more than one p point to get out alive. Here's the main issue, not glories but pouches. A glory is 60k. That's like 12-15 minutes of nat crafting? Pouches at 100 combat with whip and pots still take a full afternoon. My advice is to run. Failing all else, drop pouches. And then glory if you have time. Come back and telegrab.
  23. Try getting yourself swordfish and avoiding the possibility that you get really bad luck.
