Well, I'm running for student council this year (vice pres, not bad eh? :D ) The school allows me to post 4 posters in the school. I need a bit of help. Can anyone think of a few really funny slogans for a poster? Restrictions: No politics no offending government officials No negative campaigning against other candidates Suggestions: Maybe the use of a popular company slogan? I am currently thinking of a use for Geico, but there are a lot of other companies too. Thanks! (btw for anyone who tries to say my thread is asking for people to do work for me, its not. I just need a sloga, I'll do the rest :D )

I'm a good boy O:) the biggest trouble i got into wasnt with the law. it was a nice day after school and a guy in my class gave me the finger (this was 3rd grade btw) so i told and we proceeded with over a week of investigation by my teacher and the principal. i was angry, so i told a friend that the guy was a dodo. she told the teacher. at first, the guy admit he did it because something happened WAAAAAY back in 2nd grade. in the end, the guy lied about everything, and i got a dentention for calling him a dodo no fair!

Mmm... usually the chain letters i get are full of images. only problem is, its forewarded so many times that you have to keep scrolling side to side reading it. its basically what we call nesting quotes here.

its not the people itself. its the media. honestly, the people of america either devote their whole sympathy to the event, or ignore it and occasionally discuss it. its the MEDIA that causes all these stereotypes. When the pope died, he had maybe 2 weeks in the news. now this anna nicole smith died about a month ago and is STILL in the media. why? sure, there is a lot of stuff about the inheritance. but what about the new pope? doesnt the news care about what hes gonna say to the world? no, ONLY when there's a speech involved and millions want to watch it. The associated press and other news places think they're reporting "news" when people die in iraq. yet they don't give a damn if a new school is built or other progresses. now we have these mass killings. virginia tech? very close to home. people all over the country have kids who go there. rwanda? not as likely. plus, in virginia tech people are still looking for someone to blame. there's a new story almost every day. today's story was that the english professor who had the speech "we are virginia tech" had kicked the gunman out of class 2 years earlier. why 2 years? why is it important now? they're looking for a scapegoat to toss all their troubles at. "she kicked him out 2 years ago! she might have stopped the massacre! KILL HER!!!!" yea, as if sending him out of english class would stop him or cause him to kill over 30 people.

well, i'm kinda smart in my class, so whenever i start arguing with someone, they ALWAYS END UP with saying "stop studying your math facts!" or "stop being so smart". it gets old

well, some of the worse things i've did are a bit bad... but the worst ok-to-post thing i did was in the fight pits. a guy in dharoks needed someone to lower em. a lvl 80 volunteered. he got the dharok to low hp before another guy jumped in and killed him. i volunteered to take voer and lower him. it took a long time of punches on his armor and i didn't do any more damage. so the guy took off his armor. immediatly i put on full veracs and killed em before he could add armor lol.

Goods: No more chasing people you tb and they get to log 1 itemers are very vulnerable for a while dont need to waste supplies taking down a guy u tbed bads: if you kill someone and they use the lever at the same time and die outside, and you get tbed by a pjer, you can't get their loot because yout tbed

oh no an extra click now rc is dead. poor you, can't get exp and cash as fast as you used to. Jagex needed to do this. people complained of Lurer, lurer, lurer. finally when jagex stops it people complain their method wasnt the best.

You don't need to be a noob to be scammed. I'm an avid trader, i could complain that the second trade screen wastes time because i watch what i'm being offered and am careful, and that its there because noobs get scammed. but i know its not only the noobs. jagex NEEDED to do this. just because you can't make money as fast it doesnt mean its unfair to stop a scam.

No, everyone points fingers at everyone else in hopes of finding comfort through othr people being framed. I feel sorry for Bush. some conspiracists and idiots have been pointing fingers at him. why? uneducated people say its his fault theres no gun ban. HE'S NOT A KING. He can't just make a rule to stop everything. Has to go through congress and override the 2nd amendment. This also means overriding part of the bill of rights, and those are supposed to be GUARENTEED to a citizen. Don't blame Bush. don't blame politics. blame our freedom. do you know of any other countries with such problems? no, because they have better laws. we're worrying about freedom to own a weapon.

definatly possible. with all the various money making tactics, your sure to find a method thats efficient and earn millions at a fairly fast rate. of course, you'd need extreme patience to do the same work over and over again for months until you earn enough.

everyone said the same for the dallas massacre in the 60s. then columbine. has anything changed? or is there gonna be another 20-30 young promising lives taken every couple years? they were having a debate over whether adding x rays to the school would be constitunional. when human lives are at stake, nothing is too extreme. besides, the constitution DOES allow it, because in art 1 sec 8 (elastic clause) congress can make all laws NECESSARY to keep the country running smoothly. i think saving human lives is a necessity. for the government, its simply a decision that involves long hours of dicsussion sitting by a table. for someone affected by the decision, in this case a student, their lives can go from perfectly safe to perilously dangerous.
