Pirate Bay and MegaUpload Escape Domain Seizure by US
This, this is how, right here: Well, chances are anything they pirate to spite the government, they were going to pirate anyway, now they just have a reason to feel good doing it, like big rebels. ;o I mean, I suppose someone could just download several hundred gigs of movies they'll never watch to 'stick it to the man', but that seems kinda pointless.

Jealousy. : ( I had horrible drop rates, and the prices were ridiculous on my realm for that, so I ended up blowing 60 Frosts on the Emblem Belt. >_< Also, if you haven't already, you should do some arena and pick up one of the PvP FoL Librams. I think the cheapest one is like... 300 Arena Points and 7k honour? And yeah, with the Imp. SS, FoL is pretty awesome. ;o

What movie(s) did you last see?
I'll say A Clockwork Orange, because I've always been rather indifferent towards Tarantino's movies. I thought A Clockwork Orange was great. Watching season 1 of Lie To Me. I'm rather fond of it. :3 I find it hilarious that Bill Clinton shows up in almost every one of those slideshows of people lying they show in between scene-thingies. xD EDIT - Also because HAHA HUNG VOTE.

It could also be one of the ones that you can't take stuff out of until you have a certain amount of cash in it. ;o

Alas, one can dream. ;_; Well I can't. Too much homework. I spent half an hour grinding the edge of my graphics calculator into my eye in frustration over a single Math question. And then I realised I'd managed to [bleep] up all my equations by not differentiating the constant properly. I felt very silly. And quite angry. I really do enjoy Math, especially since the questions that we work on in class/homework usually have proper cleanish answers. None of that random irrational decimal [cabbage]. That stuff makes me rage. The numbers should be neat and tidy. But for assignments and stuff, they're usually real life applications, which never come out nicely. And that makes me a sad panda. And there's the fact that I usually rush the questions and end up missing a tiny bit of the math which ends up ruining my whole answer. But the feeling of sheer exhilaration you get when you've worked out like two pages of numbers and letters and squiggly lines and then you come to one answer and it's right is [bleep]ing glorious. It's like being some kind of wizard. ... I am a giant nerd, yes, I know. Now to read some more of Lord of the Flies for English, brush up on my Drama script and then spend hours trying to fall asleep. D:

Can hear again! The difference between an blocked ear and a totally clean one is woah. And all the blood and stuff he sucked out of it = gross. D: On a sadface front. Since Winter's kinda kicked up fo' shizzle now, my nose has started bleeding again. >_< Something to do with the dry and the cold and capillaries and stuff. Sucks now that I'm back at school. Means I'm pretty much guaranteed to get a nosebleed sometime during the school day. And another time when I'm at home if I'm lucky. >_> On the financial front, my monitor broke, so I've got to postpone getting my iPod for a couple weeks. D: Bought some new clothes, out of some kind of weird desire to look presentable. So yeah, now I'm rockin' the drug dealer chic. Also I don't know why I'm calling these things fronts. Aaaand finally, I have a date for the formal, too. Got a pretty [bleep]in' suit. :3 It has a matching hat. I'm still debating whether I should wear it or not. It's like a trilby/bowler kinda hybrid thing. It looks decent if it just kinda sits on top of my hair and I don't jam it down. I've got way too long hair to be able to pull that off. Though I'm probably holding off on doing anything serious with her, seeing as I'm not sure where I stand with this other chick I'm kinda (not too sure) dating. It's complicated. xD Partially related, my principal keeps yelling at me to get a haircut. : ( Possibly the longest post I've made in this topic. I'm procrastinating on doing my Math homework. It's horrible augh.

Scott Pilgrim VS. The World
Looks pretty awesome. If it's from the guy who made Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, it's gotta be worth the watch. I've never actually heard of the series, though, so I guess I won't be disappointed if they butcher it, at least.

I'm not underestimating it, Holy Light is just better on average. Maybe if you were running with two Holy Paladins, a FoL build would be a tiny bit more useful. And of course it's useful with Ret Paladins. But that's irrelevant.

Holy Light Holy Light Holy Light Holy Light repeat ad nauseum. You'll rarely use Flash of Light, so keep the Beacon of Light glyph. Keep Seal of Wisdom up, Judge Light whenever you can, melee the boss/mob whenever there's a lull in heals for mana. Not sure what it's like now, but Holy with a Prot subspec was the best choice when I played, not sure if Ruby Sanctum changes made anything different. Pretty sure I went far enough up to grab DivSac and the DivGuardian talent. So yeah, my advice on talents isn't the best, but everything else should be solid. And by proper gemming you mean full int + the meta activator? Unless it's a Flash of Light centred build (AHAHAHA), then pretty much all the above advice is silly. It's actually a toss-up between whether the Divinity (the mana back on LoH when you cast it on yourself) with a Talented and Glyphed Lay On Hands saves more mana than the Beacon Glyph, but the Beacon's usually a better pick because you'll get LoH as a panic button. Divine Plea with your trinkets, if you have T10, the bonus will turn your Divine Illumination into another panic button, or something to even out the Divine Plea deficiency. Let the other healers/tank know when you're going to DP, so they can bust a cooldown if needed. That should be all. Also, you should be using the Heroism badge Libram. I'm pretty sure everything else is comparatively terrible.

Got me a new hat from Alien Swarm. An achievement gets you the Parasite Hat. I like it. :3

Alien Swarm!
Downloading now. Looks awesome. :3 After playing it, it's pretty awesome. Got two levels down playing with a friend, Tech/Medic for the first, Officer/Medic for the second, me being medic. It's intense on the harder difficulties, especially when you're holding off hordes of aliens while your Tech is hacking something and all you've got is an assault rifle and heal beacons. D: We called it after we kept getting swamped at the first hacking area on level 3. We made it to the boss on the bridge a couple of times, man is it woah. Had some troubles with lag since my friend was hosting it in Brisbane and I'm kinda far away from there, but it wasn't horribly bad. Got me a hat for TF2, too. Also, Tesla Cannon = [bleep]ing awesome. I'm at level 6 at the moment, and three levels away from my Medigun. D: Gonna pick it up again once a couple more of my friends pick it up and we can fill out the other two spots. I like medic'ing, but Special Weapons seems pretty awesome. They get a minigun. : (

Literature
[bleep] yes. Can anyone give any recommendations on good horror/sci-fi short stories ? Dionaea House is an online kinda ARG in the vein of House of Leaves. It's pretty awesome. Also, for Sci-Fi: I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream, by Harlan Ellison. The Last Question, by Isaac Asimov. The Last Answer, also by Asimov. All available to read online. I recommend Stephen Donaldson's The Gap Cycle series, and The Stainless Steel Rat series by Harry Harrison for actual sci-fi books.
