Ok this is a way to get laods of SMithing XP in f2p without losing very much (if at all) money. Steel Nails. They sell for at least 40 each on the Constrcution part of RSOF. This is much better money than trying to make Steel Pl8s. Steel Bars are currently around 650 each, and people are offering up to 50 each for Steel Nails. They make 15 per bar, so you make between -50 and 100 gp for 37.5 xp!

Cough, cough, personally, if you make a black shaded one, or purple, and they look good, I'll support (No choice yet)
