For both of those, it depends on the style of them. If they hair is long, but neat and looks nice, I don't have a problem with it. But if it is dreads, or in a pony tail, then I :? Tattoos are the same. If it is one that is not huge (Covers the whole arm/body), then I usually assume that the person is rough. But if it is small ( a band around the arm or something), I think it is fine. It is your life however, there is no right or wrong way to live it.

Give or take about 300 Alches with that figure, as you are going to have to send a Private Message to a friend, and get randoms, etc.
