I would suggest that you contact JAGeX about this issue, as it seem serious. This has happened to myself on one of my accounts aswell, with different items however.

I think you do, but I am not entirely sure. I suggest you go there with 100 Bronze Arrows and not pick them up off the ground, to see if you get them back.

This might sound like terrible advice, but it makes sense. Don't go for a 99 that others suggest. Go for one that you enjoy, or could use later on. There is no point in going for 99 Mining, or Smithing, or whatever, if you absolutely hate it. You will be far more likely to burn out/give up that way.

Just go normally to Clan Wars, and enter the North East Or West Portal (White or Red). Red being the Dangerous, where you can lose your amrour, and white being the safe, where you will not lose your armour.

For the Player Killers, it is like Christmas for them. They are getting what they wanted after so long, so it is natural that they get excited and over anticipated. Also, who cares if they stay in Edgeville asking "Is it coming yet?", they are aloud to have hopes and dreams right? Do there actions affect yours?
