I agree with this suggestion, it can be quite annoying as the scenery makes the text hard to read.

Yes, talk to the original person you got it from in the first place, and he will tell you he found it for you, but you will have to pay about 200-500 GP to get it back. EDIT:

Unfortunately, there is no constant ratio between how many Trout/Salmon you will catch per inventory, although as you advance your fishing level, the amount of Trout decreases, and the amount of Salmon increases.

To get near to Full Screen, make sure you have the resizable window on, and you have pressed F11, which will make the task bar disappear.

Sorry, but there is no way to break even when training Magic in FTP. Your best bet, if you were low on cash, would have to be Fist Of Guthix, but even then it is slow. If money was not an objective, then you could try Fire Striking Lesser Demons.
