You can create your own weights if you need to ;) If you big bottles (Milk, coke, anything really), fill 'em up with water and lift them. You could also fill a bucket up with sand, or water as well.

Swimming
So is lack of punctuation and sentence skills :) OT: When I was about 10, I was really into swimming. I was quite good at it too, and it kept my weight down. Then I stopped. Went for my first swim yesterday in nearly a year... It was at the beach, and since it was cold, I couldn't really hold my breath, so I couldn't really swim... I'm going to do more swimming over my break though, to get fit for rowing :P

Don't underestimate GIMP. It is the [cabbage]. Take away borders and text until you get good, because you haven't mastered them, and it looks bad. And I've said this in everyone single one of your topics so far; ERASE EFFECTS OVER YOUR FOCAL. Seriously. It's a render too, you could just move the render layer up over your misplaced effects...

Same thing also happened w/my first pair of headphones (apple ones that come w/ipod) 1. I don't blast them, I put them on Max when I'm mowing the law, but that's really not very loud considering the limits the ipod puts on it. 2. They are very expensive Headphones - MDR-EX700s 3. I do remove by ear not wire. oh hey look ouchy_s! he did mention what headphones he has all the way on the first page! *Hides face and dies* :-?:wall: Sorry, bad day.

Skullcandy's are fine Head Phones. My current Full Metal Jackets are still pumping out solid sound after nearly 1 year. To OP: If they are breaking the same way, that would suggest that: A) You aren't treating them properly B) Could be a head Phone Problem C) Sony sucks. You know, you still haven't told us what headphones you have...

Don't post a title like that, you just bring the negative comments on straight away. :thumbdown: Anywho, the seem to be replicas of each other, minus the background. Nothing is really blended in, and the flow is all yucky. Keep practicing. And, please, erase the effects over your focal. It will look so much better.

So i want to start working out :)
Exactly. I drink like.. 6 Pepsi's a day, I eat mickey dees like 3 times a week, but Im in good physical shape and my body is toned. My daily routine consists of a 12-minute jog around a basketball court (2-1/2 laps per minute is the main pace), 20, 45 degree sit ups. 30 alternating situps. 20 standard pushups. and 20 diomand pushups. Then 45 minutes of lifting. 2 sets of 8 reps on every machine I can hit. about an hour and a half of straight working out. Take a shower, and play some xbox. also, theres a good chance lifting weights wont help lose weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. Hope I helped alittle :D EDIT: This is what I got over 6 months of that workout schedule. i counted my pepsis and fast food meals. I drank 140 Pepsis and had 30 McDonalds meals over that time, and this is what my body looks like. You aren't really supposed to post pics like this, the mods get all picky. Just remove it before you get into any trouble. And eating Maccas and pepsi like that is stupid. You go and workout, then eat [cabbage] food? :thumbdown: And to the OP. I'd seriously recommend asking a personal trainer or the like for advice.

It's not really a case of exhaustion, mainly a case of want to do better at the sport. Training is usually after school, but it's morning now, so getting energy isn't such a problem.

No that is a render, obtained from a website, such as PlanetRenders. The 3D shapes are also from a website, such as PlanetRenders. They are called C4Ds. And Milk... I personally think these are awful and I can't tell a defined first and defined recent... but dont let that deter you... Look at more tutorials, Gimp I am assuming...http://pat-61.devian...ndous-Tutorials Don't be an arse pat, he's new. One thing I have noticed is that they are fairly all the same style and C4Ds, and your effects run over your focal. Keep practicing, you are getting better.

I'm the same. :lol: On the days I have running before school for rowing, I take a dump before, and when I get there. Ah, nothing like going in and stinking up the toilets with my rowing buddies before anyone else has used them ;) xD

Should I eat breakfast at 5:30AM, and be fine to run at 7AM? Breakfeast consists of 8 Weet-Bix with 500g Skim Milk. I need to study in the morning so I'm curious.

What did you do today?
Had rowing this afternoon, good 1 and a half to two hours there :smile: Also, quick question. If I eat breakfeast at say 5:30AM, and go for a 10k run at 7AM, will I feel crap during the run? Breakfeast will consist of 9 Weet-Bix, with about 500g skim milk.
