  1. This is similar to the "Today..." Topic in Off Topic, but instead, it is about sports. Today, instead of rowing, we went for a 13K run instead. :( Followed by Abdominal Strengthening...
  2. How would that stop Firefox from working?
  3. I've been a little chubby all my life, and now I have the opportunities, I'm going to make the most to remove my love handles (Really the only fat on my body).
  4. First of all, there is no need to go to the gym, you can workout at home with nothing easily. Second, you need incentive. Trust me, if you just work out, you will go for like 5 days, then give up. Set up a planner, work out a system to work out around your current schedule, and then work out a reward system for yourself. Maybe if you work out for 3 weeks, you can treat yourself to a new game or something? Third, diet is quite important to. There's no need to go on a crash diet or something crazy, but just think about what you eat. No carbs before bed, as they go to fat during sleep. Eat lots of protein as it builds muscle, and it fills you up. Keep sweet sugary food to a minimum, as they put on fat. Cut those soda drinks out, they are just bad for you in general. About the run. Running for an hour is hard, especially if you are just starting. Try and go for about 3miles, do that for 3 days, then build it up half a mile everyday. If you can do more than that, that's great. As I stated before, you don't need to go to a gym. If you can do a 30-50 minute slot at home, that will be fine. Do 60 high knees, then 40 squats, then do an exercise, like push/sit ups, then do the high knees and squats again. Then another exercise, then high knees and squats, and so on and so on. You can do it in the morning or after school. I prefer it in the morning, as it isn't as hot, and gets it out of the way. Good luck amigo, you can gain muscle if you set yourself to it.
  5. Haven't had a chance to properly calibrate my sensor, so I haven't used it for like 3 weeks now :( I miss it, it helps me run...

Show us some more new tags, seeing as you aren't a newbie.
  10. I run in the rain with my Nano all the time, and nothing's ever happened to it. Pink and I had our conference. We saw each other, but never actually said hi. I ran a decent race, considering the pretty muddy conditions. My time was ~16:45 and I came in 6th. The people at the awards ceremony completely screwed up the places and we had to trade ribbons afterwards. Yay my iPod isn't broken ;D I think it just ran out of battery :P Yeah, I run in the rain with mine too, not sure why it stuffed up this time...

1 thing here you need to work on is your flow. Here, it is just a mess, and nothing looks particularly good with the messy flow. Also, make sure you have no effects running over the subject, it just makes it look bad, and makes it harder to distinguish a focal point.
  12. I broke my iPod from running in the rain #-oGuess I can't use my Nike+ for a while then :(
  13. I played, before I got immensely bored of mass clicking... It's only because it's on Facebook, people play it. Heck, you could have RuneScape or something else stupid and people will play it.
  14. Like how would they do that if there away from the keyboard? Wouldn't they have to click on the spiders in order to kill them? They use a program that does it for them. Macroers, as we call them.

  20. Guys, I am going to be sewing a Velcro strip to my shoe, for the Nike+ Sensor. What would be better: a) At the very bottom of the tongue under the laces, or: B) On the kind of level bit of the shoe, directly after the tongue has finished?
  21. Rented Movie: Probably Final Destination 2. Sister rented it, and I was bored and watched it too. Pretty bland and boring plot, really predictable... 5/10. Saw at Cinema: Wall-E! O haven't been to see a movie in ageees xD
  22. Guitar lessons isn't actually that bad, can be very beneficial  but I agree with you on the bible club. Glad my parents never made me do something like that.
