Went for a 8k run this morning, and did a 5k erg just now. First 1k I kind of mucked around, then I knuckled down for the final 4. Go a terrible 21.39 :( I can pull much better than that but I wasn't trying 100%.

Photographing through windows should be fine depending on the settings. :unsure:

Manual focus means you choose what to focus in on, instead of the Camera's Auto Focus feature doing it for you.

Apart from the last 2, they are all blurred D: Try not to shoot in Auto, and make good use of the Manual Features (Shutter Speed, Aperture, Macro, etcc)

I have done both of those, but it still is noticeably slow... I'll try do some virus scans later tonight but I doubt that is the root of the problem. I had considered a clean start, but wouldn't an external hard drive do the trick hopefully?

My Laptop is about 3 - 4+ years. I don't plan on replacing it any time soon. More recently in the past months, it has been running rather slowly... Here is my computer stats: What can I do to make it run faster? Also, what are some high quality External Hard Drives? My laptop has 60GB... And it is approaching maximum capacity fast...
