I watched a trailer the other day about a movie where this guy is working for the government(or something like that) and is building a deadly weapon, he is payed 3 million dollars and then brainwashed. When he goes to collect the money alls that is in his account are some items or clues leading him back to his memory. I swear this movie was Bourne Identity, but I just watched it and it isn't.

You do know that cookies can be deleted? And you can make a new email address. Well yes cookies could be deleted. And make so that it doesn't accept "fake" e-mails, ya know, like the ones with yahoo msn or gmail. Unless you wanted to change your internet providers e-mail adress every time you wanted to make a new account. What I meant is, are the people who are being banned on a "fluke" mistake, or have they scammed someone and then tried to make themselves look innocent. Now that I think about it this wouldn't be the greatest discussion, so I guess just continue with better banning methods. :)

Anyways, I have only been browsing the forums with this account for less then 3 weeks, and I have already read at least 10 threads about someone being banned. Why is this? The topic starters make it sound like they were innocent, but were banned just for the hell of it. I don't think these people are giving the whole truth at all, I bet that they were trying to scam or do some other thing against the rules and that is why they are banned. Discuss.

Did whips exist before Jagex released them? Nope. Did crystal items exist before they were released through the quest? So why would it be asking to much for a new weapon that hasn't been seen yet? Hence what a new weapon would be.
